Great price for a good location and clean, modern amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Coffee in the mornings was an added plus. Although still being revamped, we would certainly stay here again.

My confirmation of booking mentioned that the room would have a microwave. This was not there when we arrived. Once I had raised the issue with staff, however, they were very quick to accommodate and get one for us.

New hotel with quality and clean rooms. Microwave oven is available both in room and on reception. Very comfortable bed and a good view to the lake Havasu as a bonus. Coffee on the reception in the morning made my day.

The only concern is strange sound very similar to water drops in the area of ceiling over the sink. I don't know what was it but it was very annoying when I tried to get asleep. Thanks god that sound gone in about a half an hour. Microwave oven hit me with static electricity for several times. Something was wrong with the "ground" in my room.

Rooms were recently renovated to a very good standard, with the motel in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from London Bridge. Also there are several good restaurants in close proximity e.g. Angelina’s Italian Kitchen Whilst the foyer/reception are is still undergoing renovation, the staff at reception (Barb and Terri) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, dealing with any questions promptly and professionally.

The only criticisms of the room would be - that the ceiling lights were overly bright, and although a dimmer is fitted, it would be better to have provided separate bedside lights - it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, although coffee is available each morning at reception

The people there was so nice it was like angels and I forgot the lady that runs the hotel she was a blessing we need more like her and our other hotels around the world because she made you feel so welcome she always had a smile I told her how much deposit she looked at me like I was crazy she said we don't accept deposit it's no need she's very trusting I like her and I will be back

There's nothing else that could be better because it was excellent good hospitality so caring and so nice. We need more like her the way she runs that place is just it's excellent

The staff was amazing! Kind, friendly and helpful. Hotel location is excellent, walking distance from London Bridge and the promenade, restaurants etc. Bed was super comfortable and the hotel was quiet, so you can easily sleep in. It is partially under renovation ATM, so will probably be even nicer when they're done.

Laundry could be cleaner, blankets need to be replaced, we had multiple holes in ours.

Clean and comfortable room. The front office gal was super friendly and helpful. Very basic and small room, but a good value for the area. Great location, close to London Bridge, shopping, and restaurants.

Lobby not open all night so we had to travel down the road to do our late check-in at a motel a few blocks away. (The staff there was very sweet and helpful as we had to change rooms and get an app for a digital key) Not a huge problem, just a little unexpected.

Very friendly welcome at reception. The room is small, the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is also very small, but has a good shower fitting and a high-quality shower door. Room 218 has a nice view.

As the hotel is currently being renovated, a few little things are still missing. For example, lamps for the bedside table, stands for suitcases and maybe a few hooks for towels. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin.

Updated room was nice. The AC was amazing! Black out curtains definitely made sleeping in possible. Room had a great desk area to work at and the fridge and microwave. Excited to see the renovation completed

Only downfall is we didn’t know to go to the sister company until we got there for after hour check in. Was less than a mile away but would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The motel is located close by London Bridge, which seems to the tourist center of Lake Havasu City, with a waterfront, restaurants and shops (late business hours though). The motel as a heated clean pool and convenient parking. The beds were very comfy and bathroom all clean. Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately we had loud neighbors, but the staff could manage the situation instantly.

The attention at the front desk was awesome, Ms. Barbara Perez was amazing, she makes sure to answer all of our questions from the hotel and the area, Barbara was seen by us working in many areas of the hotel, she and the Asian lady in room service were busy cleaning and keeping customers happy, thank you guys for make me and my wife comfortable in this small vacation.

Everything was good based on the circumstances; we know the hotel is in remodeling at this time.
