The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The beds were great as well. The lady who checked us in was really sweet and accommodating. The breakfast was really great with a lot of choices.

I wasn’t pleased I wasn’t informed of the 50.00 hold for each room and it would take 5-7 days to refund if you didn’t tear your room up. That should be stated on Booking. com about holds. That can mess up someone’s trip

Nice location, very friendly staff, great facilities, pool, patio, outdoor seating and shade, well kept footpaths, clean. Overall I would recommend.

Some of the lights didn't work and the shower fittings were loose/worn. Walkways were very slippery when wet, it was raining when we arrived.

Breakfast has everything a guest needs. A love pancakes, waffles, muffins, bagels, bananas, toasts and all. The room was very spacious, with a large bed, a good tv, a sofa, microwave, fridge, a table where you could set your laptop, a place to hang your clothes, an ironing board as well as ab iron. A blow dryer, a good shower, and a sink separated from the bathroom itself.

Maybe it would be easier to the guest if he/she wouldn’t have to connect his/hers devices every time he/she needs to use them.

My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Close to my event. Nice breakfasts. Since I was there for an event it was great for my needs.

No stores or restaurants within walking distance. Questionable residential/commercial area. Had to drag suitcases up and down narrow sharp angled stairs. TV stations were limited and ANALOG!! Pool very small. Not a place I would want to stay if vacationing.

I like the quiet location of the hotel next to the mountains. It was close to hwy 51 for easy freeway access to travel to the graduation party.

The breakfast was not good. The eggs were not qualify food. The hash browns were not satisfying. It requires improvement. The cereal and fruit was great. The juice machine was excellent. The waffle mix was disgusting. I frequently stay at several hotels and this morning breakfast was poor quality food. The products your using is poor.

Breakfest was very good. The women servicing the breakfast was cleaning up before your scheduled time, prompting a male guest to ask if he needed to be finished eating nefore 10am. As she turnes off the lights on him. She was not rude. Her actions where.

Better cable tv service specifically a tv guide rather than a piece of paper with tv channels

I didn’t like the way the woman who working where they were serving breakfast kept watching me and my grandkids wherever we went watching every piece of food we put on our plate. Wiping tables and watching us but didn’t do it to know other guest if you ask me I’ll say she was racist to towards us we really felt uncomfortable while we were there

Room was clean and staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was an excellent standard hotel breakfast.

Toiletry dispensers in the shower were empty, but were told they couldn't be refilled until the next day. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor so be aware if you have a lot of luggage or have limited mobility.

Large and clean, mostly refurbished room in an older roadside motel. Good location for visiting major Phoenix attractions and for the airport, all within 15- 20 minutes drive.

Replacing flimsy bathroom taps would complete the refurbishment. Air conditioning unit was very noisy, to the extent that we could not hear cars from the busy road opposite when it was on. Poor sound insulation. Breakfast could be improved.
