It was beautiful! Loved the 18 hole mini golf next to the water area. My 11 year old boy went down the water slide about 100 times! All 3 of my boys loved the pools and the waterfall feature. Also, the music they had playing over their speakers was absolutely fantastic. Not too loud and great song choices!😊

The lazy River had no current (perhaps it was turned off for some reason)and was not heated when we were there in April.

the water park closes too early , even the lazy River , and the pool there was a little dirty . the other pool near our room was great , but the spas were not hot at all .

Walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, the water park is a grand slam! The restaurant hotel was good with strong drinks! the on-site gym was super nice but it’s much better to take a nice walk around the resort for some exercise! it’s huge!

unfortunately, there were roaches in my room.. alive and dead.

The recently renovated Agave Suite was roomy, quite and comfortable. The location was perfect visiting local restaurants and enjoying the onsite waterpark. The waterpark offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and cool off. All of the staff was great.

The closest elevator to our 3 floor room was out of order. The elevator that was working did not have air and it was 110 degrees outside making the elevator unbearable and dangerous if anyone got stuck in it. Luckily our group was all capable of using the stairs.

Everything! North Tower is wonderful, fully renovated and great quality! All rooms/ suites have a balcony. The River Ranch us awesome, with an 18 hole mini golf course interwoven with the Lazy River Tube float canal. Just beautiful with palm trees and flowering shrubs and trees Staff is amazing! Three heated poos in the area, a great waterfall, poolside bar, cabanas, a water slide, and The hole in the Wall restaurant, complete with fire pit and live music. North & South towers each have their own pool with hot tub and beautiful courtyard with a large fountain. No need to even leave the property, except for an amazing dinner at Tutti Santi's Italian restaurant across the street. We can't stay away!!

Breakfast was very good. But the prices were a bit high. Staff was great though. All staff were extremly helpful and kind on property. They made us feel welcome. Maybe a bell boy? He was awesome and kind to my children.

Our room never got cleaned, we tried for 2 days. So unfortunately our room was a little dirty when we left.... garbage full ect... They did bring us towels and extra shampoo when asked though

I liked the room I love the lazy river I love that it was quiet I like that the room is separated from the family room and I love the staff they were very friendly very helpful and my family and my grandkids love going there

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay longer I didn't like the fact that the Lazy River doesn't open up till 10:00 and you have to check out at 11:00 that's the sad part

This resort was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the water park was a lot of fun! The grounds themselves are gorgeous. There's lots of places to sit for a chat both inside and out. The Hole in the Wall restaurant was great! I highly recommend the loaded nachos with brisket - it's life changing. The burgers were good, the breakfast items were tasty as well (and very hearty). The staff at the restaurant was great! The kind that remembered what you ordered the day before and asked if you'd like the same thing again. This was a perfect family getaway and I can't wait to get back!

It's dumb, but I didn't like the popcorn ceiling in my room. And the cleaning crew came unexpectedly. I thought they usually waited till we left the hotel. No biggie, just a surprise to walk in and find that someone had put away my things and made my bed. There's some things I would have put away before leaving had I known.

Loved the location of the property, the water park and convenience of close restaurant and additional pools.

We booked this resort specifically for the water park. Got there and found out the slide (the only one they have) was closed for maintenance. This should’ve been sent in an email to those who booked ahead of time. I made my booking a month ago, and the water park slide was closed effective September 6th.

The pool was fine. As soon as we got to the lazy River someone threw up and they closed it down for the night. It has beautiful scenery but could be cheaper. And the air conditioner was broken. We had to move rooms. Not much a complaint it’s the season but as I said for the price they need to offer discounts if guests are experiencing hardships.
