The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are the best.

I was placed in a room that had a door that could open to the room next to me. Well because of that door the room was not well insulated and we could hear them too clearly and vice versa. So even though we were not making any loud noise we were just talking and doing some work. They kept complaining. I never had that problem in the rooms that didnt have a door to the next room. Also the washer and dryer were out of order and the water maching in gone now. Which were my favorite amminities that they offered. The last thing i absolutly hated is the price goudging. I have stayed here plenty of times and it was never so expensive. It is not worth 150 or 179 dollars per a night.

Hotel looks nice. Rooms are generous in size and wide on the inside. Large patio door that went out on a balcony is a nice touch. Elevator is central in the building and easy to use and find.

Breakfast was NOT free. I didn't pay for it. It should have been free as most hotels offer a free breakfast. Beverages such as water, tea, coffee and maybe juice should be available 24/7. Bent shower curtains never work in hotels. They're almost always loose or broken and don't seal water out with a properly closed curtain. Shower control and tub drain needed work.

I had oatmeal both days and toast. The oatmeal was very good with brown sugar and raisins; however the wheat toast tasted like cardboard and was very thin. I would have thought a higher fiber type bread would have been better.

Service was very slow....although not the sole waitperson's fault as she did her best to get around to everyone but was obviously understaffed. I also did not understand why the restaurant was closed on the weekends and the Coyote Bar was never open the entire time I was there. ?

Very nice on the outside and even nicer on the inside. Very good acccomodations. Gentleman at check-in very nice and accomodating. Fast food restaurants, grocery store and gas stations nearby

Marijuana smell in the elevator. But that was only one time. Surrounding area a bit run down. Some questionable men hanging around in parking lot from time to time. Would be nice to have visible security personnel at all times. Road leaving the hotel had huge potholes, towards the other hotels.

The room was very comfortable and the pillows were very soft and the shower head was amazing! The Bed was very comfortable we slept so good.

The Complementary Breakfast was a little pricy and another guest offered me his complimentary Breakfast ticket from the hotel? I was wondering why I did not get one complementary Breakfast ticket after paying over $500 dollars for my stay? And we were looking forward to the Jacuzzi and was told the Jets to the Jacuzzi were not working? That made us sad!

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious and beds were comfortable.

We were very disappointed that there was not a restaurant onsite that was open on the weekends. We like to check in for the evening and not have to go drive around again looking for something to eat, but we had to because the bar and grill on the hotel premises is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The staff is awesome they are so helpful it's like they want to make sure you are comfortable and that you enjoy your stay I heard this was a bad area people told me not to stay here but I didn't see any of that honestly I felt more then safe here and like I said the staff is amazing I wish the whole crew could get employee of the month all at the same time it should be employees of the month that's how awesome they are we had to switch rooms today and i though it was going to be a Hassel but it wasn't the staff made sure we were comfortable while we're wating they gave us bottled water and kept checking back in with us who ever trained this staff you need to train other hotels to be just like yours .

I like the spacious room and bathroom. I even liked my night view. I also thought it was cool to have a mini store near the check in area.

I did not like that the bar & grill was closed on the weekends. I also did like that the snack area popcorn was unavailable: I did survive(smile). I didn't like the small fact that I had to kill a baby roach in the restroom between the mirror & sink. Nor the remote was not working properly.

I love the actual room it had everything I needed to relax and write a book. The bed was so soft and comfy. I liked that there was a balcony. However, there were no chairs to sit on and it was a view of a dirty ditch, parking lot and freeway. That's the only reason i gave it an 8 out of 10. Great hotel that i will be booking again on booking.com they really saved me money. Oh i also loved the fact that the deposit was only 30 dollars.

It was very affordable, clean & the security was great they had a security guard out front & you needed a key card to get into the front door so not just anyone could walk in.

Our coffee maker didn't work I could of called room service but it was close to check out so I left a note on it.
