Front desk workers were awesome

One of the maid was rude to us, the front desk worker ok it for us to get extra towels and toilet tissue from the maid because i work night shift. I didn't want to be bother awhile I am sleep. Our apartment, the AC went out so we had to rent two days at the Red Roof awhile our landlord fix the AC. The maid didn't want to give us extra towels and toilet until we said we are going back to office. All of the suddenly he changed his attitude and gave us the towels and toilet tissue. Other than that everything was good and awesome

All was good clean room clean beds staff was helpful grounds keeper works his butt off cleaning up after the people who leave there trash everywhere! House keeping was on the ball. FORGOT the awesome front desk guy (forgot his name) but he always has a smile for you and is fast checking u in! He's always there at 10 am when I get to the office! Thanks guys?

When I walked in the room smelled clean not stale and musty. The bed linens were clean and smelled good also. I was very relieved to not see a single roach. (sorry). The bathroom was clean. I wasn't afraid to lay back and relax on the bed or sit on the toilet.

Everything was good. I didn't exactly get quiet because one of the rooms next door had some small children and they were playing, fighting, yelling and was a bit of commotion. There was also some dog barking. But it was not too bothersome.

The location abd east axis tu parking and room, Plus the patkubf ub frubt of door and securety. I felt safe. Thank you to all of red roof stakk. I have only one complaint. I had ptoblems with recieving daily fresh towels. I srayed for two weeks and struggled to recievibg towels

I Liked that the room was clean, and me and my Guest were not disturbed or bothered by anyone. The facilities in the room worked, and Television worked and had good channels, Check Out was easy, and it was gated so although the location was less desirable we still felt safe.

I was more than happy that my cats were allowed to stay there and at no extra charge was perfect!!

bath towels would have been nice-luckily I was able to pick up a couple from my apt. the area (Indian. School /I-17) wasnt the greatest but the motel was gated and I felt safe-no worries. Was secretly hoping I'd be offered a lower price deal for staying there over 2 weeks, but it was holiday season so it didnt happen. It's ok, I could afford it-no problem!

All the amenities were in the room. I.e. phone, tv w/ remote (and the back wasn't missing) microwave worked & had the rotating plate! So many inexpensive rooms are so because little stuff like that are missing or damaged... It also had shampoo, conditioner & soap.

Security gate on the west side of the lot a little screwy. It was open all day, but locked at night, with no gate at all to the east.

Room was clean and bug free. Office staff was friendly and positive. Good attitudes.

Even though my room is paid for, house keeping will open my door every morning to ask if I paid for my room. Need to supply "Do not disturb" hangers.

Room was modern, maintained, clean, very comfortable.

No elevator. After traveling and working carrying all my things to the second floor is daunting

I remember the first time I stayed here. I still hadn't graduated from college and I had started what would be the beginning to my new job and my externship. Also being homeless however blessed. I fell in love with that very first room. Thank you to the Owner and staff of this Hotel. I wanted a weekend job. The nice gentlemen I asked said they were hiring for housekeeping. As I told him my schedule. He said "Finish your education " Well here I am almost a month after. I did it I graduated April 17, 2021 also blessed to get hired. Many blessings to my boyfriend and almost there stable. Thank you so much you guys are one of many Angel's who have helped us along in this new journey! Forever Grateful. Will be visiting from time to time. The rooms are nice, some an ironing board, coffee pot, fridge, microwave and some rooms a desk big enough to do school work or finish you work left from your job.
