The Fairmont is a beautiful hotel, with a young, friendly and competent staff. I like the fact that they give guests the option to forego daily room services for environmental purposes. The spa facilities were excellent.

When we booked our room, we were not aware that we were required to purchase treatments in order to gain access to the spa during the days we stayed at the hotel. In the end we paid more than $1,000 for treatments, which were nice, but excessively expensive. We also made reservations at the two hotel restaurants. The steak at La Hacienda was better than what we ate at the Bourbon Steak House, at a fraction of the cost.

Treatment as a single woman by hotel leadership, clearly if I were a man who was strong and persistent I would have gotten all I needed, but being a woman means I get treated inferior and this is not new in the hotel industry. Shame on you hotel staff that leads the reservation process, shame on you!!!!! After having a perfect trip the last experience tainted my experience and not sure the kharma of returning to this resort. TOO BAD as I was a great guest and could be a better future guest, considering I spent close to $10k in the week I was there. Not a good way to do business Fairmont. Think about your equality treatment of your guests, you all need better training as a staff to see how you profile your guests and then treat them differently on how you profile them!!!!!!!

1. Beautiful campus throughout - we never left it. 2. Mind blowing Christmas extravaganza! 3. Especially appreciated the Nativity Garden - day and night. 4. People were all super friendly and helpful. Bell staff were great! 5. The head of line privileges for staying at the resort (helped us enjoy full value of paying a serious price :-)

1. The sheets on the bed didn't fit at all, so they came out while sleeping. We had to keep remaking the bed. 2. Would like a "snack" or small meal option place, not all places being full meal. 3. We didn't get any room service for our stay - we didn't request either way, assuming room service was the default. (Towels, coffee supplies, etc.)

love love love the Privado area at the Fairmont Princess!!! it’s a 3-5 minute walk from the main lobby but the rooms were 5-star and it was actually quiet over New Year’s Eve. They threw an amazing NYE celebration as well! the staff were lovely, the grounds beautiful, there were always golf carts available to shuttle us back and forth from our casita. Their Christmas set up was fabulous with ice skating rink and lights everywhere. The pools and hot tubs were heated and enjoyable. we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful resort with lots of on site amenities! Friendly staff & great atmosphere… we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Construction taking place prevented us from parking near to our room. Construction noises were bothersome at times , but we understood. Overall, we had a fabulous time at the resort!

Everyone was exceptionally attentive, helpful, polite, and kind. More importantly, especially kind and helpful with my best friend who is blind and has a guide dog. We understand the legal requirements of federal law however everyone was beyond sweet, kind, and accommodating. Thus has been a truly stellar experience. We met in the hospital while receiving treatment and quickly became best friends. This was our third "runaway from trip" and first time at this resort. I can very honestly say the experience is exceptional.

The property is very nice.

The person who checked us in (Ally or Abby) was a little condescending. This is the first time I’ve experienced this at the Fairmont. All of the staff that we’ve encountered the rest of our stay were very nice and helpful.

I am not easily impressed however the staff is simply the most friendly and accommodating I have ever experienced. Your training program must be incredible! Congratulations! I would highly recommend a stay here!

Everything about the resort including customer service, friendly staff, nice & clean, great variety of restaurants, and all other amenities!!

Only thing was the master light switch inside rooks, other than that. Everything else was GREAT!

The staff. the Steak house. the spa. the dogs in the lobby. the fireworks

the filthy large pool with the sand. it was even dirty the next morning where my water aerobics class was supposed to be!
