the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Marie - thank you so much for taking care of us. the location is ideal to easily walk to bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as shops and boutiques. the rooms were lovely and big, super spacious, breakfast included, and there was variety to suit everyone (though maybe not vegans if you are)

unfortunately we had some noise disturbance at night from the nearby club and car park behind our room. but we asked to change rooms to avoid this and Marie was more than happy to help. so thank you!

Very good and abundant breafast,, walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, well appointed room and friendly helpful staff.

The AC was a bit noisy. We are an older couple and the Old Town Scottsdale on this Saturday night was taken over by young adults partying - very little close by for our style. Went to see OdySea, MIM, Pensky Museum - all within a few minutes driving.

We really liked how close this hotel is to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Practically everything of interest in Old Town is no more than five blocks from the hotel. Our room was quiet and had everything we needed.

The hotel shows modest signs of wear and we were told that it is due for a renovation in about six months. Also, I found the bed pillows too squishy and it was hard to find proper support for side sleeping.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms are always a nice size. Great location to Scottsdale Oldtown

We had a false alarm fire at 4:30 AM on Saturday morning. No explanation as to why or what happened by the Staff on duty. An announcement would have been nice and an apology for that type of wakeup alarm and really should have been made to everyone in the Lobby as well as anyone that was standing outside in the back. I had to go up to the desk and ask what happened? Was told it was indeed a "false alarm" and it has happened before. Not to get the young man in trouble, but perhaps your staff needs to be trained on how to handle these types of situations.

location to restaurants and shopping was fabulous. could walk to lots of places and short drive to anywhere else you couldnt walk to. parking was the downfall

parking is a bit of a challenge. the week we were there they had all spots up in front of hotel 15spots, blocked off for tree trimmers that were only there 2 of the 5 days, but the cones stayed up all week. so everybody had to park in back of hotel near the alleys. all other up front parking is for the mall area and you will be towed if you park there... frustrating when you drive an expensive car and dont want to park in an alley behind a hotel.

Easy. Our room was available when we arrived-early. Breakfast was really good

Pool area could use some care. There were decorative lights on the palm trees one only had 1 light. Rust on some of the supports for the awning the pool deck hadn’t been swept for a couple days that we used it. Made use wonder about pool maintenance and the bottom of the pool needed to be painted

Staff is wonderful,the area is close to everything in OldTown,the breakfast is great. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Great a/c. And the food for room service was also wonderful. Just an all around wonderful experience,we will be back.

The halls and elevators smeeled a little stale,but otherwise nothing absolutely wonderful visit.

Cleaning staff was very responsive to requests for necessary room items. Front desk staff also very helpful--one lady even helped me carry some grocery bags to my room. One front-desk staff member (the gentleman with the shaved head) in particular, looked very enthusiastic and happy in his job, always a good thing for clients to see.

Some variety in hot menu items for breakfast. Everything else was great. Spray hallways with febreze once in a while for added wow effect. When my room was cleaned, the floor was not vacuumed, but everything else was OK. Maybe it was because I kept my room generally tidy, or because the cleaning lady was pressed for time which I also understand.

The size of the rooms really make this a very comfortable place to stay. We had a lounge room complete with sofa and desk as well as two large beds (3 adults). We loved being able to watch tv on the sofa. Easy walking distance to Old Town with restaurants and shops galore. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and perhaps the best we have had on this month long US trip. I’d definitely be staying here again.

the rooms are awesome. Large rooms; with separate sitting and work areas. One of the best and most comfortable hotels I stayed at in a long time. It was reasonably priced and there was an excellent breakfast included.

there is nothing not to like.
