Quiet, comfortable beds & pricing. It was last minute decision to get a room.

Polkadots on walls that appeared removable & peeling off, some on a different wall, made it appear dirty walls. Desk person appeared he didn't like his job or didnt like to interact with people. Could've had better customer service. I wanted a receipt when we were checking out at 830am and no desk person. Tried calling no answer. I had to come back later in the evening to get receipt.

Location was nice, as well as the size of the facility itself, not a 3 story huge hotel ...and also the 11:00 check out was a nice option.

The bed needs a comforter bc 2 sheets doesn't work too well...and the bathroom needs a shelf, I had no where to put shampoo/conditioner, lotion etc...the sink had no cold water, the handle would not budge and the hot water got hot quick, had to use the shower for cold water to rinse my mouth while brushing my teeth.

Liked the location and the privacy quiet and clean and comfortable

Was unable to reach anyone on the listed number and was unsure were to even check in due to the only door that looked like an office was locked and didn't have to much information as what to do on being able to check in once there.

Decent price for the area and the place was fairly clean and quiet for an older property

A bit hard to get to access is limited you always have to go to the end of the road and make a U-turn to get into the driveway other than that it's a pretty good deal

Location

Fees were charged that were disclosed when doing online payment. They stated a cleaning fee of $10.30 had not been included in online pricing. Or disclosed. Required additional credit card charge and a separate statement that you were made aware and agreed to pay.

Location was good. The price was good, staff was very nice. I'm And easy access to everything in Scottsdale

Well you can tell the difference between a $350 room at the Hyatt regency. But for the $70 that I spent a night I was quite happy

Room was clean and comfortable.

No hot water for shower or shaving; tv did not work upon arrival, employee had to come to room to fix tv, batteries in tv remote needed replacing - would not operate tv from a distance greater than 1 foot; clock was broken and needed to be replaced with a new one; check in was difficult as door bell did not elicit a response from staff, a bell on the counter was needed to be rung several times before a desk clerk appeared

Walked in the room was very nice, clean, absolutely perfect , very quite, laid back, the price was cheap, to b honest wasn't expecting such a great room ,we've stayed in some pretty expensive hotels , and not one of them wasn't as nice as this was. I would differently tell all my friends and family that this is a very good place to stay, thanks for making our stay a very wonderful experience

Clean room, quite, clean property, the flowers in front of the rooms , beautiful, keep it up , just a very great place to stay

I was looking for hotel near my place of work and had value without gouging like most hotels are doing nowadays. Also near restaurants. Aces on both accounts.

I stayed one night. All was good.
