Staff was professional and friendly. Conveniently located; across the street from a gas station/convenience store. Rooms were clean with lots of horizontal spaces to put all your stuff. Big fridge and a small kitchenette were part of the room. We were there on a Thursday night, so we were able to have their complimentary soup (chili) and salad, with snacks, and a free soda for each of us. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold options.

I asked for a quiet location, but we were facing the main road which was noisy all night. The beds and bed linens are only moderately comfortable. The fridge is noisy. Even with our white noise app going all night, we didn't sleep well.

Nice desk folks. Facility was clean looking and had wheeled luggage carts. Quiet and smelled neutral.

Mattress was sloped, making it a bit difficult to stay on top. Difficult regulating temperature, mostly even too cold on "fan only" Door from outside has to be opened manually, no auto door, making it difficult for old folks to get belongings in the building.

The staff, room, breakfast were all great and meat my expectations and beyond.

The only down side for us was on-line 1 of the amenities stated is year round heated pool. Myself and my 7 year old were super excited with the thought we could go swimming. Come to find out the pool IS NOT heated year round like stated. That played a bag factor into why I chose to stay here.

Nice clean and updated rooms. The suite had a small kitchen with refrigerator and stove and a few utensils, pots, pans, etc. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast offered was pretty good in comparison to some of the other facilities we have stayed at. Friendly and efficient staff. Good location, right next to the main gate at Fort Huachuca and Tombstone West Brewery on the other side. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and hot tub but it looked like a good amenity.

A little bit pricey.

We really appreciated having water available at all times in the lobby. The decor was cute and appropriate for the location. It was also nice that the bathroom wasn't right next to the bed. Having a full size fridge was great!

The furniture seemed a tad dated. We saw little bugs a couple times but it could just be an Arizona thing and we tracked them in with us. As a vegetarian, I would have appreciated more hot non-meat options for breakfast.

Since the front desk person to the people being there to assist you, everybody was soon to help, answer, etc. Quite place and you can breathe the peaceful atmosphere.

A little attention to the fitness room. Keep towels available to clean the equipment after usage.

Excellent and convenient location. Rooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean and had a nice kitchenette. Very nice staff. We stayed on a Thursday night, so we were able to eat the complimentary soup and salad for dinner. You also get a couple of complimentary drinks. The hot breakfast was quite good and had eggs/sausage/potatoes, hard boiled eggs, and the usual carb-laden fare :) The building is well-made and was therefore, quiet. We would stay here again!

The mattresses were not so comfortable. Prefer cotton to microfiber sheets. Bath towels very small and scratchy. Biggest downside was that our fridge was super noisy when the compressor was running. Had to wear earplugs to sleep just because of that.

My daughter and I have stayed at this place 3 times. Even thought it's a 20 min. veer off of the main freeway -- it is our preferred location as a first rest stop from Los Angeles heading South East. Everything is perfect -- especially for the price. Clean rooms, pool, hot tub, gym -- everything. Included in pricing is a breakfast and a light dinner, unlimited water bottles and 2 drinks (soda or otherwise). We spent Easter on the road and there were plenty of places in the area to choose to go out and have a yummy dinner.

The breakfast is the only thing keeping me from rating a 10. Although there was a free breakfast, it was not that good. Basically bread items and canned fruit. We had grabbed some Entemanns from the previous night's happy hour and some other snacks, so we ate those instead. Everything else was good. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and location was perfect.

I love this hotel and use it whenever i am in Sierra Vista. They have a great free breakfast, an excellent afternoon buffet and 2 glasses of complimentary wine in the evening. The suite is nice with comfy chairs and an excellent bed.
