The room was wonderful, the location (on the edge of Tombstone) was great, the food was delicious (especially dinner), and the saloon-style bar with nightly live music was fun without being overly loud, and the majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The extremely bumpy gravel and dirt road to get there (very rough on a rental car), the rudeness of one staff member when I wanted to make dinner reservations (which need to be made by the end of breakfast) and there is no staff available (and the office is locked and has no key drop) prior to 7:30 am. This was never mentioned, and I would have been late for my flight going home had it not been for a random ranch employee walking by and getting permission from his boss to take my room key.

We loved Arizona Bill and Cowboy Coffee at the Chuckwagon and he was the highlight of our stay there. Breakfast was decent. We met Michelle in the office when we checked in and she made the process easy and explained the amenities with a welcoming attitude.

The rode to get to the Ranch is not lit at night so after spending a full day in Tombstone it made for a very challenging drive back to the ranch. We suggest using reflectors to guide the travelers much easier. We were unable to use the pool the following morning as there wasps that filled the pool. We met Patricia in the office on our day of checkout and when asking if we could extend our stay she was very curt and unfriendly and appeared annoyed, which resulted in my husband and I, not wanting to spend another night if that is how you treat your customers.

The staff were all amazing especially the bartender and the musicians were great. We were able to play pool and although the weather turned cold for the horseback riding the kids still enjoyed it

There was nothing not to like - I would just suggest that they sell warm hoodies as I am sure there would of been a few that would of purchased - their weather can change so would be a good investment

Fabulous themed property. I guess I didn’t look closely enough when I booked I just assumed we’d booked a normal run of the mill hotel. This is not a hotel this is a whole experience! All the rooms are in a purpose built old western town. we stayed in jail which was well appointed and clean with comfortable beds. the saloon was gorgeous with a beautiful bar and great staff and entertainment. We’re definitely going back :) we didn’t take part in any activities as I didn’t know about them but lots of fun things to do like horse riding, shooting, atvs etc

nothing

I'm on the older side and realized after this trip, we are not a cowboy crew. I've gotten used to new and modern. But a decade or two ago, I would have loved this place. Definitely would have taken a young family here with so much to do and the real feel of being in an old Western.

Rooms too old school for me. As I said, I have transformed over the years to appreciate new and modern. Sadly, my love for nostalgia and adventure are gone.

The overall experience was amazing! My wife and I enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was always good and fresh, and the dinners were delicious. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable and the staff was super friendly and very good at taking care of us.

We did have one night the power failed in our room due to a circuit breaker, but they were able to get it fixed the very next day.

We absolutely love this place!!! We found it on-line and boy are we glad we did! We loved the theme of the whole town and hotel rooms, everyone there is so friendly and helpful, the live music and saloon were a perfect way to end our evening, and the cowboy coffee and breakfast was really good! We are going to make this a once a year trip to stay in different rooms and do every activity they have to offer!

There is not one thing we disliked!!

It was unique, the room was basic and we enjoyed it was across from the saloon and restaurant. We enjoyed the horseback ride. If you are into star gazing this is the place. And to open your door in the morning to the beautiful mountains. The staff were excellent.

The buildings are in need of updating.

Very quaint environment. The rooms were big and nicely decorated. The shower area nice & updated breakfast was plentiful. and well done. .

2 mile dirt road out to hotel was bumpy & very dark at night. Lighting around parking area could be better. Had to use a flashlight. Nightstand lamps were small & too dim for reading at night. Breakfast nice but fresh fruit missing.

I loved the old town feel that it is. Everything looks like and old town, board walks each room has a name. Horses and the horseback riding was wonderful. Free breakfast and it was great, some days was a chuck wagon breakfast out by the campfire. We did pay for dinner once and it was really good. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Loved the views around the ranch. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but my friend did use the hot tub and said it was great. I would so recommend it and go back.

It has live music which is great but the singer can not sing and should hang up the mic. Yes it is western/country music and I loved that but honestly the guy can not sing and it was sad to hear great old songs being butchered.
