Both ladies at the desk were the sweetest humans I have ever met. Super friendly, very patient, very nice. The kitchen was so nice, and the desk/office space was awesome. There were real silverware, glasses, and plates to use. The fridge was full-sized and the whole suite was just really nice.

The shower faucet leaked like mad. The water pressure was good, but because the showerhead was either plugged with hard water, or just the leak itself, it just seemed like it could have been better. There were people driving up and down the road, drag-racing, revving engines, etc. ALL NIGHT LONG.

The facilities were great. Large room, comfy bed, armchair, kitchenette, cooking utensils and pans, huge fridge-freezer, bath with a plug that worked (!), curtains stopped all light coming in too. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, there was a small shop for milk, food and drink items and the laundry was free. We were on the top floor over the pool and bbq area and needed an early night so were a little worried about noise but even on a Saturday night, all was quiet down there by 10pm.

The only negative was that the air con in the room made a loud clunk every time it turned off in the night, loud enough to wake us up each time which was a shame.

Very clean hotel, and all the front desk staff were professional and helpful. The hotel was also the quietest hotel room I’ve been in for quite some time. You could hear people out in the hall but I never heard any other guests while in my room, which I greatly appreciated.

Comfortable and clean but the staff went out of their way to make it one of the most hospitable places we have stayed.

Location to work and restaurants; always friendly staff!

only one complaint but has happened a few times; unfortunately, the house keeper arrives early in the morning before checkout; after working all night, I really need to catch a couple of hours sleep before the long drive home…the “Busy” magnet doesn’t deter this disturbance.

My TV wasn’t working; Amy called maintenance who came back in to make sure it was working! I really appreciated that great service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location was close to Hospital but with options with a shopping center just down the street in corner.

This trip I liked everything

hotel was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the staff was super friendly

I reserved a room with two beds and when I checked in they didn’t have any available so they had to give me a roll away bed which was not comfortable

I love the fact that you had free washers and dryers.

Pool was a little outdated

This location does not offer breakfast, but they do have a cupboard. The pet friendly hotel was the reason we booked. We were very well satisfied. Quiet neighborhood. Upscale staff and clientele. I highly recommend this place. The beds in the king suite had me dreaming in now time.

No breakfast, but that's ok. There is a Whataburger, McDonald's and a Burger King nearby.
