I was very impressed with the various breakfast food options on different days. Very clean and comfortable with ample seating. I liked that you offered ice cold water in the lobby, as well as coffee.

I would have liked maybe 1 - more bath towel. We had 3 large towels... should have been 4.

The hotel is good for the price. It didn’t smell bad like other hotels that I’ve stayed for a few days. Beds are comfortable but the sheets had stains so I had to use one of mine on top of the bed.

I booked the hotel with a price in booking.com but when I got there they told me I had to pay that price plus taxes which I didn’t know and it didn’t say anything like that when I booked it online.

The breakfast was very nice, and the staff was friendly.

After a couple days of staying the cleaning people was not resupplying towels, and items for coffee or shampoo. We would see them and have to ask for supplies.

The older gentleman that was there through out the week was excellent, hard working, polite, friendly. Don't know his name but he made our stay. Best Western is lucky to have him.

Traveling from NV to AZ to drop off kid at college. Great hotel in decent part of town but next to a more shady hotel (Travel Lodge). Staff at BW was polite, respectful, and accommodating. All day lemonade, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, hot water, and cookies were an extra plus. Breakfast was included and filling for the mornings. Laundry facilities available for coin use. Ice machine and vending machine in convenient location. Affordable and ease of access into downtown and UA areas but still far enough to avoid the congestion in those areas.

Next to sketchy Travel Lodge.

Housekeepers didn’t clean our room at all.I notified the front desk several times,but they didn’t .I hope they will serve people much better next time.

They provided one of the best breakfasts we have had in all of our hotel stays. Also they made cookies fresh every afternoon. The staff was very friendly.

The interior, while comfortable, was dated. The room had few electrical outlets and no USB charging ports.
