Upon arrival you are checked in and given a bag with two bottles of water and a large cookie. The room was excellent and large. You first walk into a large living room with big tv, three-seat sofa, chair, coffee table, desk, sink bar-like area that has a coffee machine, safe and refrigerator. The bedroom was a separate large room with a wonderful, comfortable large bed, another tv, two night stands, large armoire, well lite sink area and separate bathroom with large, fluffy towels. Both the living room area and the bedroom had large, total-sun-blocking drapery to keep the hot Arizona sun from the room. The hotel had a wonderful morning breakfast and a beautiful and very inviting pool.

Only thing that needed to be upgraded would have been the quality of the toilet paper! Everything else was excellent.

This property is very clean and has a great breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Great family property for any family travel.

My only complaint is that I didn’t get any cookies!! We kept getting told different times they would come in and they never did.

This is a very nice property for mini-vacation. Location is central to most attractions, activities, dining and shopping. Rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. It has always been quiet and relaxing when we have stayed. The hot breakfast that is included is awesome. This is our go-to place to stay in Tucson.

The jacuzzi was out of order which was disappointing but we understand things happen and maintenance did have it fixed in two days.

The set up is quite nice. Pretty property. Staff has always been outstanding and Mariah was so helpful. We’ve stayed 3 times this month due to my mom passing. Breakfasts are getting better. With everything just now opening up we understand staffing and food issues. They have a nice selection of food in the mornings and a shop in the lobby to purchase additional items. Secure location. Convenient for restaurants and Starbucks. Again, can’t say enough about the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again Mariah and congratulations on your engagement!

Feel like housekeeping is great, always super nice and smiling, but could be given more time per room. Our room was good this time though. Beds could be a bit more forgiving, but we try and stay here when we go to Tucson.

room has a very odd smell, like rotten eggs? hard to describe but definitely weird. maybe it can be deep cleaned to get rid of

The hotel was great. Booking.com experience was horrible.

The hotel was great. Booking.com was not. I had to reserve another room when I arrived at the hotel because the hotel did not see the reservation from Booking.com. I spent a significant amount of time on hold with no response when trying to call the booking.com #. The chat/email support yielded out of office email replies. Hopefully, I’ll get my money back. Apparently, others have had similar experiences as well. Do NOT use Booking.com!!

Location was great, staff was great and we loved our room.. there were five of us total (2 adults. 3 kids) and we had plenty of the room!

We did feel the breakfast could of been a little better but other than that it was great!

Staff! All staff members were on point. Very hospitable from hotel check in to the housekeeping staff. Always had a smile and a hello. Property is nice. Felt secure.

We’ve stayed there twice now and I don’t want to bash them because they’re just getting back up and running.. last stay better for the breakfast. First time limited items like cream for coffee. Bacon is really undercooked and the poor runner.. think she was the only one back there. Room was not cleaned enough for our “first Covid” hotel expectations.

The staff was really friendly! The breakfast was really good. I was really impressed with how nice and clean the hotel has been maintained since I stayed here about 12 years ago. The hotel is right in the center of town so you can get anywhere within 15 minutes.
