Perfect location for a family get together. The suite was spacious enough. Even though most of the rooms are away from the street, our room was closer to the main street but we were not bothered by noise because of the white noise from the fan in the separate sink area. The inclusive buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of area inside & outside for relaxation. We also enjoyed the evening two drink per person happy hour with hors d'oeuvres. The pool is large & the jacuzzi was great after a long day.

There was only two chairs in the mini table/kitchen area.

The King Suite was roomy and very comfortable. The king bed was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The room layout was logical and inviting. 2 TV's, a microwave, fridge and other amenities were a great touch.

The room and hotel lived up to our expectations. Just a small nitpick, with two travelers, both of which are coffee drinkers, I would like to have 2 cups of coffee in the morning. Recommend at least 4 coffee pods for when 2 guests are staying. Not a complaint, just a preference. I should have asked at check-in, but never remember. This small inconvenience does not diminish our experience!

Our suite was comfortable with good amenities including a two-part bathroom with an additional sink which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and made sure to accommodate our request for an easily accessible room. The breakfast buffet was remarkable, so plentiful and delicious! Pool and gardens were pleasant. Location in a safe, residential area but also close to restaurants and shopping is a big plus.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable but the regular beds are excellent. The grounds could be better maintained. Some outdoor areas needed sweeping.

Did not have breakfast at all. The menu did not offer pancakes or waffles.

The pool was not heated on Saturday night. Great disappointment. The jacuzzi timer was broken. The water at best was Luke warm. The guest blanket for the pull out bed had a huge hole. Also our refrigerator was broken in our room. At checkout I stated the condition of the pool's and our room. I brought up if the blanket had such noticeable holes ' perhaps donate to the homeless.

Their buffet breakfasts are the BEST! Just incredible, really. You'd pay a lot for a breakfast like that and the room price is already very reasonable. The mountain view from my room was beautiful. And, I had a balcony I sat out on for coffee in the mornings and to sip wine in the evenings. I'm definitely staying there on my next trip to Tucson.

I didn't find anything I was displeased about.. which is rare at big facilities like that.

Breakfast was plentiful, except it seemed they needed more help. Very long line. Stopped at the bar to pick up a meal, bar tender was helpful and friendly, burger was excellent.

The room above, I think had children, running and slamming doors until about 3 AM. Tough to get sleep as every time we dozed off, someone was banging on the ceiling. We should have called the desk but kept hoping they would stop.

The property was gorgeous and the staff was kind and helpful. The location in east Tucson is great and ideal to visit Mount Lemmon and University of Arizona and Sabino Canyon. In addition, The breakfast was superb and the complimentary tickets for the bar was a surprise. We'll definitely come back.

I can't think of anything really negative.

Room service staff are rude and careless, we ordered room service. The gentleman on the phone was very rude. first thing. when we told him that we wanted to order he immediately said you will have to come and pic it up yourself, left me wondering what was the point of having room service if you will have to go pic up yourself. he went ahead accepted the order but he mentioned that it will take like an hour and a half since they were busy and i really understand that, so i told him that's fine with us. I ordered a bottle of wine but when the food was delivered it was just one cup of wine and the food had spilled in the bag it was not really a good service I expected.

Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. I loved the free drinks and snacks during happy hour. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, had lots of choices, and had a chef making omelets to order (they were really good).

The hot tub wasn’t working properly (jets not working)…..but it was still hot.

The breakfast was so good with an omelette station and there were different selections each day. The evening reception was nice to have wine and cheese, nachos for the kids right by the pool with a nice outdoor patio. We enjoyed the pool each day.

We drove about 10 minutes to do everthing we want to do.
