The staff was amazing, kind, and friendly. The breakfast was excellent every morning with a smiling staff member ready to help. The lotion and soap in the bathroom smells amazing. Housekeeping is wonderful.

The mattresses were very firm for me and my husband but my kids loved them.

The place was so clean! It looked brand new when it had actually been at least 5 years. This was our first time here and we were delighted. Ms Dot in the breakfast room was so sweet and set the best meal ever!!

The swimming pool could be maintained a bit better. It should not be green or have so much debris in it.

Talked to housekeeping about extra towels. Was told they’d bring by. Didn’t — got from front desk later in the day. 2nd day no one checked our room and had to get towels from front desk. Very nice staff both times There 3 days and no one cleaned our room

This facility was very clean and smelled great when you come through the doors. The staff was friendly and helpful. The extra amenities were what put the icing on the cake. They had a 24hr coffee bar with afternoon cookies available. The continental breakfast was good too.

The was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sad thing about hotel tubes are they are to shallow. The shower was nice but the small tube took away from enjoying the shower. Very nice place I would recommend to anyone.

My view out the window was the back of the entrance overhang. The T.V was to small for the size of the room. Breakfast was good but not very warm. No wipes to clean a table before sitting down to eat. Syrup on the table from the last person.

The beds are so comfy and they have the softest sheets and blankets ever. Breakfast was amazing and the cook definitely knows what she is doing. All around a wonderful stay and they allowed our two large dogs which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Love the location and that you accept pets. Love that you have breakfast until 10.

Wish it was a little less expensive so I can stay longer. We wanted some bacon at breakfast but got sausage both days. We are bacon lovers.

The staff was amazing. Accommodations were lovely and comfortable. The poolside was luxurious. Just felt at home here. Every single person did a great job!

I don't like the security deposit, which I find insulting. I would like for there to be some poolside chaise lounges for lying on. I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for a late checkout to be later than noon. I have been to this property three times now. I leave the room in almost immaculate condition.

Close to everything in town and nice clean rooms.

The hotel was very nice but a bit overpriced for the city which it was located.

The hotel is modern and new with nice decor throughout. Pleasant employees, staff. Rooms are spacious with modern decor. USB enabled plugs are a plus! Large bathroom, soft bed, sanitized tv control. Full hot breakfast with grab and go bag option. If you have to stay in Batesville then this is the place but the prices are outrageous. I may stay in Searcy on my next family visit.

The price is out of alignment. Room cleaning must be requested. Staff member getting breakfast was hacking and coughing into her hand then using the same hand to touch breakfast serving utensils 😳
