I loved the maintenance man he was on the ball! The general manager was absolutely wonderful when it came to us needing anything like when the housekeeping never showed up the general manager took her time and came up to clean real quick for us. The checkin ladies were all amazing and very knowledgeable when I asked about fun activities for kids and where the laundry mat was located. Loved those ladies!

Housekeeping was not on the ball when it came to cleaning our room.

Holiday Inn Express is really stepping up their game. I would compare this to most Hyatt or Sheraton stays I've had. The staff here from those cleaning rooms, taking care of breakfast, and running the desk were all extremely friendly. Our room was very clean and the small details like the tiny night lights in the outlets so you can find your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night make such a big difference.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't terrific, but that's really nit-picking.

Just a really nice place overall. The staff was very friendly and personable.

A lot of little things need corrective action. Entered room at 67 degrees. It would only warm up about 1 degree per hour. Pancake maker was out of order, no orange juice, microwave broken. Could not seem to find any butter.

I liked everything! I’m 73 and have stayed in a lot of hotels, but I was very impressed. The room, breakfast, and especially the staff were great! I would give them more than 5⭐️’s….at least 10!!! The manager and her staff were excellent!!!!!!!! The lobby was decorated so cute for Halloween👻I will definitely be returning~

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool was clean. Breakfast was great, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, eggs, pancakes, cereal, coffee, muffins, etc.

I wish it was right on the lake lol, but it was close enough.

The staff did an excellent job on the breakfast, everything was delicious and the entire area was very clean.

I can't think of anything that we did not like, everything was very neat and tidy.

The breakfast was good. There was a good selection to choose from. The location is ideal and I was able to park my boat there as well. The staff was kind and courteous.

The previous tenant apparently smoked. I could still smell the remnants of the cigarette smoke that saturated the room. It did take getting used to though.

Breakfast was great. Worker very friendly and professional.

Carpet through out building needed vacuumed. Little extra cleaning in room was needed (especially entry door to our room) Our window looking outside was so dirty (outside of window)

The breakfast had many choices from hot foods to cereal and rolls. Everything was kept clean, attendant made sure the items were kept refilled. Liked the carry our boxes that were provided.

The breakfast was good, however, there were no more eggs available at 9:40am and the staff was unwilling to make more.
