We were there to attend our grandson’s wedding; got snowed in. The staff was very cordial and accommodating to the wedding guests during this travesty. It made the very best of a difficult situation. Yes, the wedding was accomplished after all . Thank you Hampton staff!

We honestly could not find a fault.

Breakfast was the best hotel Breakfast ever! Everything bagels, turkey sausage, potatoes with peppers and onions, 2 different waffle batters, too much to mention...great coffee!

Pool was Freezing. We are a gymnastics team that always books based on pool and a hot tub where available, the kids didn't even want to swim it was so cold.

Exceptionally clean. Good breakfast. We kept our "do not disturb" sign out and were pleasantly surprised not to have housekeeping banging on our door the morning of checkout - they let us sleep! Moreover - we did go look for a member of housekeeping staff to get coffee a few times and met the same person (Nayana) twice. She was very attentive to my wife and I and hurried down the hall to get us what we asked for. Service like this (with hustle) seems rare these days. Thanks for a great stay?

Signs saying masks are NOT required (emphasising not) during a global pandemic. Unlikely to age well.

The staff member was rude at check in, rude when I bought a snack. Rude and totally unacceptable my third time running across her. This woman needs to find a job where she isn’t dealing with the public.

Need full mirror in the room for. When I called to make reservations they said the price on your website wasn’t good and tried to go up on the price. Was going to charge way too much taxes. I ended up going through booking . Com and got website price. Wasted a lot of my time.

Price of the room was the same as they always charge. I didn’t get any discount by going through Booking.com. I thought the purpose of going through Booking.com was to get a better price. Very disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The rate was fair and the location was easy to find. There were several restaurants close by. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Our room shared a wall with the elevator in the hotel. Every time the elevator operated we could hear the "roar" of the motor. The hotel was not booked totally, so the rooms next to the elevators should be the very last rooms rented. They are noisy.

breakfast is always good and is one reason I select Hampton when I travel. Would have like to have an English muffin as one of the bread choices.

Am mobility impaired, asked for a room on first floor when I booked, ended up on fourth floor. Lots of standing waiting for elevator as well as extra steps. No soap dish in shower.

I had surgery the day I stayed with you.? The room was clean with lots of pillows which made me very comfortable. My family visited me in my room and there was plenty of room for Everyone.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great assortment of breakfast choices. Close to freeway as we were on our way home to Texas.
