Very nice gym, I enjoyed the treadmill a lot. Everything was new and clean, which is a big plus. The beds are big and fit 2 people comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, offering a lot of different breakfast foods. Even though the pancake machine didn’t work, my breakfast was perfect. Thank you to the chef!

There is practically nothing negative about his property. The only minus was that the view from the window led to the roof of the entrance. Otherwise nothing else I can think of.

First….the staff on all different shifts during my stay were EXCELLENT. Their friendliness was beyond amazing.

I have traveled to many Holiday Inn Express’s but I will say this is the first one in years that has ever charged me $35 for my little 6 lb dog. Not sure if this is a new policy but needless to say I was shocked. Even your ads say that your hotel is pet friendly but no mention of a fee. Maybe someone could shed some light on this for me.

The location is very convenient with easy access on and off the freeway. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. Lighting in the bathroom was good. We didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was good! The hotel is very pet friendly, and there is plenty of grassy area around the hotel to walk the dogs.

The room was just a bit small.

The room was comfortable and well supplied. Breakfast was above average with hot entrees. There was a small mistake in the room charge at check in but it was resolved by morning.

The entrance to the property was not well marked and we drove past it. The exit from the highway was very confusing but that is not the properties fault.

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk lady greeted you with the utmost respect and had a smile on her face. "That's a big plus with me." The rooms were clean & comfortable. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. The vibe was outstanding. My grandkids were not ready to leave. We most definitely recommend this hotel. BEST STAY 10⭐️

Nothing to write

The room we had was very large, the shower was great, they had a don't stocked breakfast area. The staff was very friendly. It was super easy access to hwy 30. The curtains were black out, so you could have a dark room to sleep in. We were just passing through and checked in late after a tough drive, so it was a very pleasant stay to rest, recuperate and move on.

The dining area was really cool that morning, but we had jackets.

The room was clean except for the sleeper sofa. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet even though close to I-30. The hotel was easily accessible from the interstate and close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The hotel personnel was very friendly & professional from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area including the surrounding restaurants. She even voluntarily called one restaurant to find out their hours of operation for us. We will definitely return the next time we're in the area.

Sleeper sofa appeared dirty - could use a good upholstery cleaning. When I sat down, it felt like I was going to the floor. After standing up, I noticed that it sagged in the middle

I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel the room was bigger than most the beds were so comfortable and it was clean to the point when you walk in it smelled really clean would highly recommend it

Quiet, Clean and Friendly

The cold air coming in around what is the unit below the window. I had to put my house coat on top to stop the cold air. We were on the 4th floor

Breakfast was excellent. The woman serving/attending was delightful and kind.

Maybe a coupon to save a little money. For instance, we stayed 2 nights in a row at this hotel branch because they were so nice. Maybe you could give a coupon as incentive to stay in the same hotel as your customers are traveling across the country.
