The person who checked us in was SOOOO rude. It was 6:30p and she said our room wasn’t ready because of the amount of check outs and we had a suite. I, of course, said something because check in was at 3, it was 6:30 and her answer was extremely rude and non apologetic. The next day front person was amazing! So accommodating!

Beth Ann at the front desk was AMAZING 😍 she had it together. Their computer system was down and she really went above and beyond to deal with everyone. Couldn't ask for better service.

I only wish it had breakfast service but other than that my stay was excellent!

Arrived at midnight after driving all day. Staff was friendly and quick and had us off to our clean, comfortable room in no time.

Hindsight, would have traded the kitchenette for a breakfast.

Great location, great staff, closer to University of Arkansas if you're attending a game or event. The suite was a nice size with full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. You could stay easily for days. They have free washer and dryer for guests. The bed was comfortable but the bedroom was a little small. The bathroom was adequate.

We had a king suite booked. We got a queen bed, which I would not have booked. So our night was not restful. The AC was in the living room portion and a wall fan was to pull the cooler air into the bedroom so the fan ran all night. Thankfully I like white noise to sleep. The bedroom never got very cold. No bedroom access to bathroom.

Favorite quality was the closeness to the University of Arkansas- attended a game on campus and was able to walk. Hotel is very convenient to downtown Fayetteville. Comfortable room.

Really liked the kitchenette. There was a full-size fridge with ice maker, toaster, stove top, dishwasher, dishes, etc. We brought our own breakfast food and coffee maker (a tiny one was provided) and were very comfortable and saved a lot of money not needing to eat out as much. I was able to get a lot of work done in the room while my daughter was at camp. Also liked that the shampoo, etc was in big pump bottles.

I wish there was an electric car charger for my Prius. The pillows weren't comfortable to me.

It was very clean, comfortable beds, it was just as it stated on booking.com. The people were very friendly. my family and I will be back.

Very close to UArk campus and plenty of food establishments within walking distance. We had a kitchenette which was so helpful. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We had only reserved one night, but decided to stay one more. Staff was very accommodating. We plan to stay again.
