The breakfast was pretty average like most of the hotels now days with average grade ingredients but was what we expected. Very easy to get on and off the main highway. Decent amount of restaurants close by to purchase lunch and/or supper. Rooms were very quiet and clean. Bedding was extremely comfortable along with the temperature in the room when we arrived. Stayed in hotels for many years and I was extremely surprised with Comfort Suites and will look for them on my next travel destination.

Better quality breakfast would go along way to making this a top tier hotel in the area.

Being a Forrest City native, this is my favorite hotel when I come home to visit. The hotel staff is top-notch and the location is excellent!

The hotel rooms are starting to show a lot of wear and tear!! With the construction of the new Home2 hotel nearby, I suggest you seriously consider upgrading. Otherwise, I promise you'll see a significant decline in business.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were very friendly. They also didn’t charge an extra fee for our dog, which was nice, as some hotels spring it on you when you check in.

The beds weren’t super comfy and it was pretty warm in the room even with the a/c on 65. There is also only one waffle maker at breakfast and it was pretty much impossible for a family of four to all make waffles since there were so many people and it took so long to make them.

Beds. They were clean! My issue was the mattress! I don't know if they were just cheap or so old they were worn out but there absolutely no support. You would just sink in the middle like a deflating air mattress. Woke up in so much pain. The pull out couch had more support.

Great facility and location. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fully stocked, large, and offered a great shower with lots of water pressure. There were plug ins everywhere in the room, including the lamps. Loved the bedside lamps - stationary on top with a flexible cable style reading lamp on the bottom (for us late night readers)! There is an amazing Mexican restaurant in the Days Inn located right down from the hotel that is worth the stop!! Their continental breakfast was the best we had during our entire trip! The lady handling the breakfast area was super sweet & attentive! The area was so clean and she kept everything filled! Absolutely loved the multi-choice coffee machine offering cappuccinos, lattes, etc. Great place to stay!!!

Housekeeping had left the ironing board set up in the middle of the room, and the closet door standing wide open. We also found a half-eaten bag of pork rinds the next morning on the floor stuck in the corner by the bedside table behind the curtains. We reported it to the front desk upon our departure! We did not make a big deal out of it, because the rest of our stay had been so terrific!

Location was easy to get to. Staff was friendly and room was mostly clean. Experience was good enough to come back, no deal breakers.

There was a stain on the couch and a towel. We didn't use the couch and had enough towels to not use that one, but concerning thinking about what else was neglected. More vegetarian options with breakfast would be great too.

The place was very clean and nice. Comfortable beds. The breakfasts were better than most. Friendly, helpful staff.

The parking was pretty tight. The butter needed set out for breakfast. It was hard as a rock. It would not even melt enough to eat on the hot food. It is a little pricey.

Easy on & off highway, clean front desk and eating area. Rooms were dated, but clean. Beds are clean and comfy, nice bedding. Well lighted entry to hotel, felt safe leaving our car outside. The front desk lady and the people preparing the breakfast were very helpful and nice. Breakfast had a good selection, with a waffle maker, eggs, meats, cereals, fruit, milks, oj, biscuts & gravy.... various things to choose from. I chose this hotel because it had a better rating than others near-by. It was a good choice for safe overnight stay. We had our dog so they charged an additional pet fee of $25.

Well, I didn’t know my room was accessible for the disabled. It wasn’t a bad thing, I just wasn’t expecting it. I managed and it was still a great stay per usual.
