Exceptionally clean and they had thought of everything we might need! Exchange of towels or supplies was simplified by just putting the blue basket out for prompt attention! We were in the upper level with the balcony facing east and the sunrise was spectacular! It was a pleasure to meet Shawna, Greg, and Steve in the office at check in. They’ve put their heart and soul into improving the property in the last 3 years!

There wasn’t a thing to improve on! It was a perfect place for us, in a perfect location for the Bluegrass Festival at the Ozark Folk Center!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We always come to Mtn. View but this was our first time staying here. We will stay here every single time from now on. We LOVED everything about this cute little hotel. The location is right in the middle of everything but still off the beaten path. The room was so clean and had everything you could want or need for a weekend stay. The bed and pillows were amazing and we slept better than any other hotel we've stayed in. The view was gorgeous and everyone we encountered was super friendly. And most importantly, the price was unbeatable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Basically nothing. The ONLY criticism would be that the area around the toilet was fairly small. It was a bit cramped and uncomfortable but not that big of a deal.

A nice, family owned motel that met our needs for one over night stay. Older bed, furniture and utilities. The guy at the front desk was sloppy looking and I was uncomfortable checking in. After settling in for the night we were pleased with the bed and quiet time they established throughout the park. The town of Mountain View is small and there is no big name hotels, so we had limited choices of hotels/motels. I am glad that we chose this motel.

The guy who checked us in was a little unkept. I was uncomfortable checking in, thinking the establishment was going to be dirty. Older furniture and plumbing but it was adequate for what we needed....one night of rest.

Arrived to the front door of the office a little unsure as did not see room units from the entrance however was pleasantly surprised to find an updated, upscale bed with lovely bathroom, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. It was clean, well maintained with excellent upkeep!It had a back deck with 2 chairs and a table and a stunning view of yhe ozark mountains. Actually a gem of a find! So glad i picked this place!

The room was clean and clearly well kept.

There were plenty of people there but- it was still quiet at night! It's nice to visit a town where people know how to act right. The view was beautiful, the room was spotless and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed in the upper floor of the little 2 story building. Either the water pressure was awful or I couldn't get the right combo on the shower heads. Both were dribbling out water and no amount of fiddling with it gave enough pressure to rinse my hair.

Such a beautiful location. Very pretty backyard/countryside. It's more like a rural lodge (though in "town") than a normal motel in the sense that you go on the back patio and it's basically just like a back yard in the country. Nice rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. SUPERB value.

Not a thing.

Exceeded our expectations, everything was like new, clean and nice. Beautiful room with great back porch overlooking a Frisbee golf course. Then in the evening we saw a family of foxes come out from the woods. We had a great stay there, could not recommend more highly. The owners are also very nice, everyone was.

Nothing

The linens were so clean I couldn't stop smelling them. We needed to check in early and the owner was incredibly accommodating. The location has an amazing view of the mountains and horizon, especially in the morning at sunrise. It's less than 10 minutes from the heart of mountain view but located away from the noise and fuss of traffic. And the rate was INCREDIBLE for such nice amenities and location. We fell in love with Mountain View and will always stay here for our future visits! My whole family gives it a 10/10!

There is not a single thing I feel would need to be improved. Shawna (the owner) had paid very precise attention to every detail. It was as good as home and better, just like a vacation spot should be.

Extremely pleased with everything thing about this Hotel/RV park. We will defanatly be back with our RV and bring our group of camping friend, but just for a quick one night trip we will stay in their wonderful rooms. They have 2 rec rooms that are perfectly set up to gather with friends. We used one of them one night and played cards. If it had been cooler we would have enjoyed their porches, perfect to gather and visit. Can't speak highly enough.

For us older people it would be nice to have an additional handicaped bar in the shower. Never thought about the need for these until we got older. Even have a portable one that we bring along when traveling. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

The location was very good. they placed was very clean. I like that it had everything that you needed just like you was at home. We sit outside with a fire pit had s'mores. I will be returning back down there this summer at the same place. A TV was easy to operate

There was nothing that I did not like about the place.
