The Eggs Benedict were divine! The Australian Cavair with a complimentary bottle of Dom Perione made my day. A personal thank you goes to front desk manager for going the extra mile by giving me an incredible Happy Ending massage after she got off work. Thank you Cindy for leaving fresh needles and an ounce of Columbian Gold in the safe. Can't wait to visit again.

It seemed more expensive this time traveling.

Location and staff

We got the room on the side of the hotel facing the interstate so it was kinda noisy, but not horrible. The breakfast was good, just wish for a few more things, like yogurt and another pastry item. They said breakfast ended at 10am, but they ran out of items before 930am the first morning I was there. And the curtain in our room didn't go ALL the way to the wall, so a bit of the light from the parking lot street light came into the room at night, which is only bothersome to someone that likes the room DARK while sleeping, lol. It didn't bother me tho. Overall I WOULD for sure stay again in this hotel when I return to Jonesboro, AR. again,

And there should be something on their website that says no cash payment when we got there that's how I pay is with cash and we had to go chase down a Walgreens put money on a card to pay for the room we was there for a funeral and was told the pool would be open that afternoon or the next day because they put chemicals in it that's why we stayed there was for the pool and it never was open and it was still green

It was nice to be in a room that wasn't cramped, the decor didn't try to fill every space with something. I had room to move around without dodging furniture that I wasn't going to use. The shower was relaxing, plenty of pressure.

Not really the motel staff's fault, but a dog was left alone in a room on the same floor I was on. The dog fussed and made a racket for well over four hours.

Breakfast was very good. Large selection to choose from. Reasonable hours of Operation. Very Pleased with the seating and atmosphere. Staff kept clean and fully stocked.

The communication with housekeeping staff and guests could be a little better. Was not clear on when they would be coming on the days service was requested.

The staff were readily available and friendly no matter the time of day or night. Breakfast was great food and was always stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The drive off of Phillips was not easily seen. Bigger signage would have been helpful. Traffic noise on the back side of the hotel was heard but not bad. I would suggest a front of hotel room on the east end for less noise

There's a good variety of food offered for breakfast. The rooms are always clean, staff very friendly. Great rates! Close to just about everything in Jonesboro.

We stay here fairly often- our last visit, there wasn't any toilet paper, no soap, and only 2 towels, no face cloths at all.

Very clean, very nice location. The Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing. We came down at 830 and the food was pretty much gone and never was refilled. The juice was gone and not replenished either. It was also like that on our second morning at 930.

The hotel was better than expected, in terms of welcomeness. We were allowed to check in early with a smile. Every employee we interacted with was excellent.

My only complaint was the road noise from 555, but every hotel in the area is the same with the noise.

Breakfast area is large. TV provided. Food was good. But they did run out of milk but ran to the store and brought more back. They do need some sort of breakfast sandwich or muffins/etc. Attendant was very nice and quick!

The elevator is sketchy. Makes a lot of noise.
