The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, the best of the 3 hotels we stayed in on our trip.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room and beds.

They put a $75 hold on my card which they said they would refund the next morning at checkout and it took several days to come off the card. So they put it in 1 day and takes several days later. I work in banking and a transaction that's reversed right away should take no longer than 24 hours. There was no need to put a hold on the card. I stayed at several other hotels on this and many other trips and no one has ever done that.

We had a King Suite. The bed was really comfy and soft! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Also had a good breakfast in the morning 😊

The only thing I didn't like was them charging 75 dollars on your card on top of paying for the room in case there were any damages. They said the money will be released back to your card after check out, but I'm still waiting a day later. It might take a few days because it's the weekend.

I didn't like the first room (right next to main entrance and same level as parking lot). I asked for a room change. The 3rd floor room had tree top view as opposed to the parking lot and just felt so much better. The breakfast was pretty darn good.

Nothing wasn't up to par. Great value and 20 minutes from the airport

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and professional. The free breakfast was okay, but it could have been better. The sausage links were not browned, they looked like they were heated in the microwave.

They could improve on the selection for breakfast. It was adequate, but could be better.

My only concern is that The AC should be turned on before arrival. Also the front desk staff wasn’t too good. He didn’t make us feel welcome. Don’t even said Hi, he asked me for last name. Not saying that he was disrespectful. But not empathy at all. Next ship was excellent.

Clean comfortable room

There's a homeless encampment behind the hotel. My car was broken into and several things were stolen. Several other cars were effected too. Unfortunately I will not use this hotel again because of this.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Heart Hospital where we were scheduled... The room was nicely appointed, the bathroom and facilities were accessible to my husband who is in a wheelchair... The building was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and very pleasant and professional.

I didn’t like the location of my room. It was on the bottom floor around the corner from the front desk so it was somewhat noisy in the morning.

.Nice and spacious. Loved the hot tub in the room. It was quiet on the floor. Not a lot of heavy traffic around my room.

Although I didn't report it, my phone didn't work, do I would not of been able to call out if necessary. Plus there were underwear left behind the bathroom door.
