The man working the front desk when we arrived Monday and during the next day is a very awesome person I hope he is paid very well for putting up with all the inconveniences we caused and us constantly asking questions he was GREAT 👍also breakfast was very good for it being post COVID hotel food most places advertise full breakfast and you get a fruit a juice and a granola bar in a smashed brown bag but with y'all everything tasted yummy and was hot actual food

Rooms could use a plug in over by the beds other then one used for the room phone but was not a problem plenty of plugs every where to use

The breakfast was awful. Nothing like the misleading revolving pictures near the buffet area. We were not told that we had to request, by the previous night, housekeeping services to get them. Then we ran out of towels and coffee. No spare, anywhere. They couldn't take towels out of an empty room for us. Very disappointing. Otherwise, it was just fine.

Good location, nice staff day n night, room didn’t have any weird smells in it like most hotels. Very spacious and comfortable.

The price of the hotel was 160 and When I booked it the price was only 135. Not that big of a deal but I was expecting to pay less. The cleaning staff kept tryna come into the room before checkout time.

The customer service host at the SpringHill suites were very pleasant very helpful gave us suggestion when we asked where should we eat at how far the University was from the hotel I mean you couldn't ask for a better service

Nothing the service was just wonderful

bathroom was dirty, hair from previous occupants in the shower.

Breakfast burritos were delicious! Everyone snatched them as soon as they were place on the platter. I liked the variety of different items to choose from.

I just wish they had more of the breakfast burritos. I wish the pool was heated. It was freezing with it being 30 degrees that night when I can I wish it could have been at least luke warm.

The room was large enough for the 5 of us. Breakfast was hot. Pool was inside but was pleasantly cool for the 100° heat we were having

We liked everything but wasnt told by booking that they held an extra 20$ a night deposit

Room....So we had 2 queen beds. The bed nearest the window was next to the air conditioner. That side was freezing. We turned the fan in the kitchen home to help circulate the air and that helped. We would rather be a little chilly than a little hot!! Staff....Everyone of your staff that I visited with were friendly and kind hearted. Great staff!!!

room was spacious, and cleen. Stayed the week before this trip, and couch was filthy, but not this time. I liked room lay better this time also, even though room was a little smaller. Overall, pleased with stay.

breakfast was good, but hot food took a long time to get out and was gone really fast. Had appointments to meet and coul not wait a long time so this was aggrivating
