I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff who were both professional and accommodating. My room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable bed, a separate sitting area, and a well-laid-out workspace. The small kitchenette was a nice touch, making it easy to store and prepare light snacks. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—fresh, well-stocked, and with a great variety of options to start the day right. The lobby area was also a pleasant space to relax or get some work done. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, SpringHill Suites offers a comfortable and reliable stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Check in clerk went out of her way to be helpful! When a large group checked in on our floor for a concert, (she felt they might be excited/maybe a little loud when they came back) and she knew we had to be up early the next morning for a tournament, she called me, giving us the option to move to another floor that might be quieter. Because of that, we were able to get the sleep we needed, while the large group were able to have a good time going back and forth between rooms. :)

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated but not so hot as to steam up the pool room. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Price was very good and being close to many restaurants made it easy to order food from a variety of different restaurants.

The only problem with this location is that it was a little difficult to get to during rush hour but that is because I am not used to heavy traffic.

The breakfast was ok, sausage links need to be cooked to brown instead of just heating, eggs need seasoning as liquid eggs are super nasty as is and adding love when you cook needs to be added. The kitchen needs to be treated with special care then that love will show in your food and not as just a paycheck.

Pool wasn't necessarily cold but it wasn't hot. Breakfast was ok, seems like only 1 staff is there throughout the day. The pullout couch was too close to wear the TV was so it didn't really come out right. First room he put us in hadn't even been cleaned yet. There was 4 people on my paperwork yet only 2 big towels and we didn't get anymore the next day at all

The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond when we were checking out our car battery was dead and the ladies at front desk called down the maintenance man and he helped us get our car going again. Beds were very comfortable and staff got us everything we needed.

Have never met a person that works at ANY hotel that was more nice than Ashley. Got us checked in early after a long drive and made check in very easy. Also one of the only hotel in Little Rock that lets you reserve a room at 18. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Little Rock!

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating always had a smile on their face went above and beyond for what we needed. We was here for my mom to have surgery and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was good. Definitely will stay here again.

It was so welcoming and clean,the clerks where very sweet and helpful. The room we got was two queen beds suite and it was very nice. The layout of the room was different but in very good way. No complaints with this mama about our stay,thank you Marriott for the weekend we spent there in LR.

I didn’t like that the pool was nasty and too many chemicals. Literally bleached my skin and the water felt slimy. We also had issues checking in but the receptionist was amazing at getting it fixed!
