Breakfast was great and receptionist was awesome! We appreciated that front desk staff vetted people coming into the hotel. It made us feel safe. We also liked that the elevators required a room key before you could select a floor. It made us feel very secure. In addition, housekeeping was awesome! The one we had would find our kids' stuffed animals they left in the bed and cutely positioned them on the bed after it was made. It was a nice touch.

Nothing was amiss. If I had to knit-pick, the mattress was a bit too firm for us, but we just made due with extra pillows. And there were minor wear and tear things you would expect in a hotel after a few years of use. But nothing glaring. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff!

Food was okay expected dinning area to be larger

That may Credit card was charged $250.00 and I already paid through Booking.com and that I was told it would drop off eventually but staying at another location we didn't have that problem, They took my card and put it on file but never made a transaction. But here they ran the card and now it sitting in my bank account pending payment. I understand why its done but to run the card is aggravating on my end.

The hotel was nice! I have to brag on the staff! From the night shift to the day shift ! We were down in Little Rock for my stepdads hours long cancer surgery. We were so exhausted. We needed an early check in . They were pretty much full at the time. Somehow They accommodated us. I will never forget this! Thank you so much!

I was absolutely astounded at how friendly, clean, quiet this hotel was. I definitely will be coming back to this hotel for another great visit! I love StayBridge and I will be returning possibly for longer than one night!

Everything was perfect, it came with everything you would need in a kitchen, as well as a full size refrigerator. I don't have anything negative to say at all. Everything was perfect. 10/10 experience.

I was very pleased with my room and the staff was very nice and helpful I enjoyed my stay. The biscuits was delicious.

The dryer didn't work very well and the coffee didn't taste good and you didn't have a Variety of breakfast food For example people that don't eat pork. Which I do but a others in my party didn't.

The facilities were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Quality of hotel was higher than I had expected.

Due to proximity to hospital there was a fair number of sirens passing by during the night. Only major complaint was loud gathering of people in the parking lot after midnight. Appeared to be a group of young women talking and laughing. Went on for over an hour. We were on the second floor and it sounded like they were directly under our window. Another couple we met at breakfast were talking about it too.

It was new, clean, didn’t smell bad inside. Breakfast was great! Loved the large bathroom!

Don’t allow people to make outside the front door. Rather designate a smoking area off to the side or behind the building. It makes for an awful first impression having to walk through someone’s second hand cigarette smoke.

I love staying at this facility. Clean, good service, breakfast very good.

The only thing I saw that might be improved upon is making sure there are luggage carts at the front at check-in time. Saw several patrons having to wait for carts to be brought up from maintenance before they could go to their room. A simple fix and would be much appreciated by weary travelers.

Overall this hotel was immaculate! Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was not bad neither. The staff was more than accommodating! The front desk attendant, Amanda, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

We were a little disappointed about the breakfast because we were told it would be a full breakfast and it was a bare minimum continental. However, we understood that because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Huge room/ very spacious Very clean Queen beds were comfy

King bed was too hard Was charged an extra $100 when booked Was told that there was going to be omelets for breakfast but breakfast was horrible. Rubbery eggs and sausage is all that was served. Called to complain about extra money coming out and when asked for corporate number to complain…Marcus refused to give it to me. Will never stay here again. Instead of it costing$170 a night it was a $300 a night. Really needed that extra$100 for gas to get my five year old who just had open heart surgery home to TN. So disappointed
