When I entered the lobby the first thing I noticed was it smelled so good. sounds odd. but you could tell it was clean and welcoming. the front desk staff was friendly and informative. Traveling cross country for the past week this is the 5th hotel we’ve stayed in and by far our favorite. Breakfast was good and we loved the Nescafé coffee machine the Beds were comfortable. can’t complain about one thing.

it was clean, well maintained for the obvious age. the front desk person was very nice. our room was exactly what we expected. I slept well on the bed, which is surprising for me. the bathroom was very clean, which is very important to us. we always check for bed bugs, didn’t see any. something that is a huge plus for us is cold AC and wow, it was cold! we are very happy with the stay.

nothing really. they didn’t refill breakfast items and my kids missed out on protein, but otherwise everything was nice and no complaints at all.

Raymond was the night clerk on duty. He went well beyond expectations for making sure that I was taken care of. He even allowed me to borrow his personal charging block since there were no charging ports in the room. The hot breakfast was pleasant. It was one of the cleanest places I have stayed in years!

If I am traveling alone I prefer to stay in a king room to allow people with more guests in their parties to have a room. Although I was given a double, it was amazing! It was a little on the pricey side for the area. IMO

easily accessible from highway. area was clean, well lit. Ray, who checked us in, was very helpful and friendly. The young couples who worked together were wonderful. Breakfast was hot, area clean and refilled immediately.

air conditioner from second floor dripped down on ours but was solved by placing towel outside on top of our a/c to catch drip. probkem dolved!

Convenient location to stay while traveling. The unit was well appointed

The only negative was the thermostat which didn’t seem to control the selected temperature and the air distribution fans with non adjustable directional vanes

Great that breakfast was included. Location right off interstate was a major plus!! Will stay again when i head westward soon

Nothing really...good service and location and loved indoor pool

It was comfortable. Had lots of hand rails in bathroom which is good for people who need them.. Employees very nice.

It was a little noisy. Could hear people above and people slamming doors early in morning.

My key didn't open one of the stairs doors, so we need to walk around to get in by the front door!

I booked a room for a relative that was coming in from out of town, she had to wait in the lobby because of a policy that a local (me) had to put down a $250 deposit even thou I wasn't staying there, and my relative was from out of state. I did not see any warnings about this on bookings. Com or the website for the hotel, My relative is a senor citizen and should have gone straight to her room after checking in. I should have been told when I used my card,

Breakfast offered a full breakfast or fruit, breakfast bars for those on the go. We ventured to the quaint downtown of Lonoke which offers a nice restaurant and an outstanding pizza/sandwich shop. Many turn of the century homes adds to the small town feel. We are repeat patrons having stayed overnight 3 times now on our way to Kentucky. We plan on staying overnight on future trips.
