I needed a place for a one-night stay while traveling from Texas to Missouri. The Best Western Sherwood fit the bill. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good. It is located on the frontage road (one direction on one side of the interstate; the other direction on the other side of the interstate) just off the interstate, so is a little tricky to get to, but worth the trouble. Good value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

There are hardly any food/restaurant locations in the immediate vicinity, but not far away. The hardest part is finding a place to cross the interstate to get to the other side, to head back to the hotel, then crossing again, etc. -- especially if you are not familiar with the area. I understand that is not the hotel's fault, but it was still a little frustrating.

Rooms are always nice beautiful. Hotel is so pretty. Staff was great! Breakfast super!! Pool, gym just nice. Pretty much quiet I had two rooms which they helped with a great deal. It was family we met up with at this hotel! We all had a wonderful time!!

We did have a problem some with the breakfast this time. Running out of food. It was a morning when there was not many people?? Also trouble with our door key on the last day not working two times coming back to our room. Had to go search for front desk to let us in. Other than that it was great!

The staff was helpful and friendly , the room was clean breakfast was sufficient, hotel was clean and was right off the highway.

I stayed in room 104 the room was clean and comfortable. This room shares a wall with the electrical and mechanical room. the wall they share is where the head of the bed sits. It was noisy I was able to sleep because the noise was similar to the sounds I sleep to on my phone. Although it was louder than I like. I would stay there again but request not to stay in 104.

Since we were in Sherwood for a meeting, the location was excellent! I love this hotel - I choose it every time I need to stay in the N Little Rock area. For the price, you cannot beat it and to make things even better, the location of our room had an outside door and parking right beside it!!!

I didn't notice anything that I wished would have been different.

Breakfast that was offered was the worst that I have ever had at a Best Western hotel. Really lack choice that I have had at other Best Western hotels. I am not comparing other hotels, but other Best Westerns! Also, our hotel room, the door was not hung properly and pointed this out to the desk with checking out.

Convenient to the expressway but away from noisy traffic. The breakfast was excellent, great options and very kind staff. The entire hotel was very clean. Would stay again.

The TV channels were very limited and that was frustrating but def not a deal breaker. I’m still very happy with my experience

It was a wonderful stay except for one thing which I will mention below. The room was wonderful. The bed was great. The shower was great. The toilet had the slow falling seat. The staff was super friendly. I forgot my phone charger square, and the staff offered theirs for the night. That was incredible.

Holding $100.00 for incidentals for up to 5 days is outrageous. I don't know how I am going to incur incidentals when I am not even there. In other words, they get to use my, and every other guests', money for up to days. When you add that up, it's pretty significant.

The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean and in excellent condition and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fine as well. I’d certainly stay here again.

My only complaint was that the tub had stains that made it look dirty but it was something permanent.

This motel was marvelous in Every way, EXCEPT: GOOGLE Maps said to get off the freeway at Warden Ave,...there was NO such exit, (it was Kiehl Dr)plus was the wrong exit #!!!...we drove around the Lakeside Mall block after block...2 hrs later, we gave up, and the front desk had to personally guide us to the door!!! Such poor lighting, it looked abandoned late at night, just like the apartment bldg on the block previous!! A big & bold sign with arrows pointing to the Back ground placement of the building...would be helpful! 2 hours of searching for it... Thanks to the person duty!

Check in was easy & our room was close to the lobby. The breakfast was decent and the location was perfect for what we needed.

Our room was very humid. We had the AC on high but there was a lot of moisture in the air making it slightly uncomfortable.
