It was a wonderful stay except for one thing which I will mention below. The room was wonderful. The bed was great. The shower was great. The toilet had the slow falling seat. The staff was super friendly. I forgot my phone charger square, and the staff offered theirs for the night. That was incredible.

Holding $100.00 for incidentals for up to 5 days is outrageous. I don't know how I am going to incur incidentals when I am not even there. In other words, they get to use my, and every other guests', money for up to days. When you add that up, it's pretty significant.

This motel was marvelous in Every way, EXCEPT: GOOGLE Maps said to get off the freeway at Warden Ave,...there was NO such exit, (it was Kiehl Dr)plus was the wrong exit #!!!...we drove around the Lakeside Mall block after block...2 hrs later, we gave up, and the front desk had to personally guide us to the door!!! Such poor lighting, it looked abandoned late at night, just like the apartment bldg on the block previous!! A big & bold sign with arrows pointing to the Back ground placement of the building...would be helpful! 2 hours of searching for it... Thanks to the person duty!

The breakfast was decent, rooms were average, hallways were clean, staff were patient when we needed our room changed. Great location and comfortable rooms

Limited parking available; the first room we had was a little dirty with a stained mattress, dirty microwave, no soap in the bathroom

The hotel itself I would have to rate 2.5 stars out of 5. The a/c in our room leaked horribly. Tv wasn’t working. Pool was blue but slimy. Whatever chemical they had in there was horrible and I got a rash (I swim regularly.) The fridge looked clean but smelled horrible. With all this aside. I am leaving 5stars bc the service was absolutely amazing! Jesse was the woman at the front desk. She welcomed us with a smile and friendly conversation. She even changed the tv in the lobby to accommodate our crazy children. When we told her our issue with the leaking a/c she moved us to a new room right across the hall with ease. She came to our room and fixed our TV. She made sure we had extra towels at the pool before we went. (We didn’t complain about the fridge but I’m sure if we did she would have fixed it!) She even left us a card and thanked us for staying with them at the hotel and hoped our new room was a better fit for us. She was so humble and sweet. Even at breakfast my kids spilled their drinks and the gentleman working cleaned it up ASAP and with a smile. Even had friendly conversation with those eating breakfast. I cannot thank this staff enough. I can looked past all the issues due to what a wonderful staff they have. Definitely will stay again and give it another shot. Thank you.

Friendly staff and overall pretty clean and quiet. Decent location.

The pool was being worked on, and we were not able to use it. The pillows and beds were not the most comfortable, but not terrible either.

I love the bed, and how helpful the night staff were.

The day staff was rushing us out of the room 2 hr before check out. Once I called the front desk and verified the checkout time, they left my door.

I think my room was 114 and the bottom of my door had a gap between the door hinges and the door. I wish they had more handicap parking spaces to park. I only seen one and someone was parked in it without a handicap license plate or placard. I'm glad I was on the first level because I didn't know that they didn't have an elevator.

It was in a nice location It was a clean environment and it has a friendly atmosphere . The staff was real friendly.

Breakfast was good. Location was great!! Really close to shopping and restaurants. I don't think we have ever stayed at a hotel that was so convenient. Will stay there again when we are back in town.

The Best Western sign in front of the hotel needs to be closer to the road. It's easy to drive right by and not see it. It's sits too far back from the road.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice. I was only there one night but I will stay there again if the need arise.

Good location and well kept. Very clean. Good breakfast! Great hotel for the price.

Everything was satisfactory to excellent. There was nothing I didn’t like.
