Bed was comfy. Endless supply of hot water. New flooring. I loved not having carpet in the room. Room was clean.

There was no complimentary hand soap. At least leave a little soap to wash your hands. Towels & wash clothes smelled freshly but we're kinda dingy.

The fact that the Follks there had: 1) Guest Laundry 2) Semi-Truck Parking 3) Walking distance to Good Cafe with Fried Catfish 4) Close to Love’s Truck Stop

The only thing for me was that you could have a few more pillows on the bed and then everything would have been perfect

Really nice front desk staff, clean rooms, right off highway, good value for a quick travel stop!

I loved the fact that it was very clean and peaceful. The AC worked great as well.

We had a King bed in room 206, none of the lights worked except one on the right side of the bed and the TV, the bathroom light didn't work either. As well as the Fridge and Microwave didn't work but maybe that was due to us not turning something on right? But I don't quite know, all I know is neither worked even while plugging in.

There was no free breakfast, as for the location it was great just a mile or 2 from my house. Here in Morrilton, AR. on this date the storms where really bad and this side of town was without power for 4 days. It was 110 degrees, no air, no TV, couldn't cook or nothing. It was awful... but then when I found out we were going to be without electricity until later at the end of the week I began to look for us a cool place to sleep bc we had to work. The comfort of having a nearby motel at times like this is an Asset to our community.

The next morning after i got to work around 9am cst I received an email that stated my lights were fixed so immeditely I called my the front office and a women answered, I told here the deal and told her i would be checking out early, a day early. So at noon when my husband went to lunch he went by the room and gathered our things and turned in the keys but they didn't give him a refund for the day/night not spent. I guess since he didn't give it to my husband I thought that maybe it had to be refunded online. Online is how I booked the room and paid for it here on the Booking.com site. That's been over 2 months ago. I have contacted them on here, and sent many messages to ask about the refund. I feel that I should be getting back half of what I paid bc it was $142 and some change, so now we are talking about $71.50 guestamite. Just saying half of what I paid is fair for a 2 day rental. At NOON all our belongings were out of the room checkout is at 11am, these people a aware of the storm and why i was there to begin with it was like almost I0 pm when we checked in. So, for 12 hours they have charged me $142 and some change.

The people who worked there were very nice and the room smelt very clean when entering and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I took a shower and there was a 2n1 soap dispenser and a body wash as well and both were empty.

The motel had listing on Booking.com that did not exist.. when I arrived they told room that I wanted was not available and up sold me a higher priced room. The decor is terribly outdated.. and bathroom fixtures were shoddy. Before checkout time the housekeeper let herself into my room while I was in the shower.

Park by your door made for easy unpacking.

Wash rags and sheets looked dirty. Creamer was hard and had been there for a long time. You have to pay for traveler size shampoo which I thought was provided.
