UPDATE: Thanks to the staff for reading and responding to this review. We appreciate you going above and beyond for your guests, understand that sometimes repairs are outside of your control and my family and I look forward to returning again soon. The staff is nice and the beds are comfortable. It’s nice to enjoy breakfast and to bring a dog (we were charged an additional $25 pet fee at checkin).

We were on the first floor. There was a horrible smell in the hallway and in the rooms. The pool and fitness center were closed and many rooms appeared to be airing out as they were dealing with a busted water pipe, I believe. While things like this can happen in cold weather, I would have preferred to know this before checking in to avoid the horrible stench. We typically like this hotel and location, but the smell was almost unbearable.

Bed was very comfortable. A/C nice and cold. Breakfast was tasty (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, coffee, juice). The staff was friendly and helpful. And I use a walker, so the elevator was a necessity.

Honestly, nothing. It was all great.

The room was very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The exercise room had a good assortment of dumbbells and medicine balls to choose from. I also used their treadmill, very nice. The pool looked nice, but I'm not much of a swimmer, so I didn't go in.

Check-in is 3:00. A 1:00 check-in opinion would have been much more convenient for me personally.

truck noise from the freeway—will stay again but ask to be on opposite side of building housekeeping knocking on the door of the room at 805am on a weekend. no where near checkout time and we were still in bed asleep. we heard her knocking on several doors announcing “housekeeping”

I’ve stayed here twice now, the pool is warm enough to swim right now in January and the hot tub is awesome! Close to eating out! The breakfast was great, make your own waffles, and eggs and ham, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, milk juice cream cheese peanut butter!!

This hotel stay was great. Clean, conveniently located to our family that we were visiting. Fair rates. Dog friendly with plenty of grass areas for them.

We enjoyed our stay and can't really say we didn't like anything but can say a few things can be improved like the size of the pool towels, temp of hot tub, breakfast ending at 9:00am

Bed was comfortable and clean looking. Staff placed us in an area free of noise. Easy check-in and check-out. Door card worked well.

Pillows were uncomfortable. 2nd day Breakfast was best. Omelette eggs with cheese did not have a pleasant texture. 2nd day eggs that were flat and circular tasted much better. No white carton milk available on second day.

It was very clean. Had everything, hair dryer, iron & board, mini fridge, & microwave oh & coffee maker & coffee. The complete free breakfast was very nice from biscuits and gravy to cold cereal & fruit ( bananas & apples) the wifi excellent! There were even computers in the lobby

It seemed like the heat/AC had a mind of its own. We would turn it down cause it got very warm and it would go right back.

It was very clean and had an indoor pool!

I didnt like the kids constantly jumping over people heads in the pool. Told the staff and one of the parents over heard and told their kids to wait till the staff member left to continue. Wish there was more supervision of the pool area.

Location was safe, right off the interstate and near restaurants.

No breakfast due to covid, only a sandwich, so they need to work on that because other hotels are having breakfast. People need to be responsible for their own health. Let the people have their breakfast. No masks. Your employees work hard and need to breathe. If I have to see anymore dangling masks with people trying to breath, my heart breaks for them trying to do their jobs with masks on. If the CEOs had to wear them, they would be gone.
