Pleasant and clean room, very good breakfast. The location is absolutely fabulous for those attending an event at the Honda Center (literally a 7 minute walk)! But the real surprise was the very professional, very helpful, caring staff—-always ready with the answer to a question or a genuine smile. It was a great experience 😊

Limited dining in the immediate area, no restaurant at the hotel (although the snacks/drinks for sale were more plentiful and more varied than at similar facilities).

It worked out well for our needs and the staff were flexible in meeting our needs. Also, the breakfast was very good!

There was a strange odor in the room that was very annoying for my wife. We suspect it was the cleaning product. It was like a damp smell, but there was nothing wet in the room and it seemed to originate by the window or the air conditioning.

The hotel was well-maintained, though the décor felt a bit dated. The pool and spa were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety each day, ensuring something for everyone.

We booked this hotel specifically for our trip to Disneyland, but unfortunately, it’s much further from the resort than expected. The ART bus service was unreliable throughout our stay, with significantly fewer buses than promised in the hotel’s description.

The location was in close walking distance to the Honda Center. Which was great since I was attending a concert there. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and included. It was the best breakfast at any hotel by far. Their chef did a wonderful job.

The pool could have used a net passed over it since there were leaves and bugs floating on top of the water when I got in it that day but the water was clean.

The property is very modern and clean. Breakfast was nice, especially the guy cooking the on-demand pancakes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were in town for an Angels game and caught the train to San Diego to watch the Padres. It is so close to Angels stadium and the train/bus station. Our room was right next to the road, but we didn’t hear the traffic. Would definitely stay again.

The only issue was that our Uber driver didn’t know where to drop us off.

Great location for us. We were at an event at the Honda Center (which was just across the street). Room was much larger than we expected and we loved having a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Enjoyed the breakfast. There was a nice variety of food and the dining room was pleasant. Bed was comfortable and we didn't hear any noise during the night. Lobby was nice and the staff was pleasant, friendly and warmly greeted us.

I can't think of anything we did not like!

The property was perfectly located for the reason of our visit. The staff were so nice and informative. The beds oh my goodness they were the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. The room was clean. The pool was great. The free breakfast was fantastic. Way better then the stake lobby cereal. The breakfast here was cooked to order. The property overall was amazing. Thank you.

There wasn’t anything o didn’t like about the property. Everything was great.

Check in went great , parking fine and breakfast was ok

After checking in and paying for my brothers car they asked for info of his car which I didn’t know . Once he got we went back to the desk to describe his vehicle and after explaining that I’ve already paid for his parking and got the slip to put on his dash the lady at the front desk continued asking me the same questions to register his car. Very frustrating when people don’t listen.

It is a nice hotel, clean rooms, complimentary Breakfast. Across the street from the Honda Center. A 5-10 minute walk to Angel Stadium. Across from the ARTIC train station. Where you can access the OC Bus 50 to get to Disneyland or take the ART bus. You can take the train to LA or San Diego. Nice staff as well.

The breakfast was great. They had freshly cooked scrambled eggs, some for of potato (hash browns or potato chunks), and meat (sausage links, sliced sausage brats, or bacon. There were also pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, toast, bagels. The breakfast was great, he was very friendly and always in a good mood. We took an Uber to Disneyland each morning for $15-$20.
