The breakfast was ver thoughtful and the staff were so helpful and caring! The rooms were perfectly comfortable. They even had locks for lockers and each room was fitted with a fridge and microwave. The pool was nice and clean, fun jacuzzi sessions.

During my stay the water was out for hours and I could not flush nor shower from my check-in 3pm to 10pm, so that was a negative aspect of my stay specifically.

"Breakfast" was very very poor. Been open less then a week and gave out old bruised bananas. Kinda expected some kind of water or milk or orange juice to be available at least. Didn't get anything substantial to eat for a decent breakfast. A banana, apple, orange, muffin and yogurt is what you had out for us as a breakfast. Disappointed there wasnt at least cereal lol. Beds super squeaky but otherwise the rooms were fine.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the area was a nice mixture of lively and relaxed, and I had an overall pleasant experience during my stay.

The location is great, close to Disneyland & there are plenty of ammenities nearby. Only 15min walk from Toy story car park with free shuttles to Disneyland. Rooms were clean & spacious for a 6 bunk. Microwave & mini-fridge in room was excellent bonus. Christine runs a great breakfast buffet. Super friendly & polite. The front desk staff were really helpful with the couple of small hiccups with my stay.

The aircon unit was so powerful & noisy, it kept kicking in all night. Also there isn’t a main light switch only lamps which made the room very dim during normal waking hours. (Blinds were kept pulled for privacy). Otherwise it was a good stay & I would stay again for that price.

I liked the stay and meeting new people plus the price was accurate for what it was worth. It was nice that lockers were provided with locks at no extra cost. It was also very convenient that Jack in the box was right next door. Literally only a 30 second walk.

Not sure what could be done about it, but some of the people I shared the room with would come in at extremely late hours and wake me up and this was inconvenient because I had to wake up early so I didn't sleep as well as I could've. The breakfast was nice, but I wish there were eggs and sausage.

Free breakfast was great. It was good being able to pick up some breakfast items to start your day with. The receptionists were so nice and helpful. Daily cleaning which means we came back to a clean room. Location is convenient. Close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, bus stops, restaurants. AC in the room gave perfect temperature

Only small lights available so room was quite dark which makes it a bit hard to organise your stuff at night. Pillow wasn't comfortable and there's no doona cover provided

You see, I wasn't feeling my best during my trip, but Bpostel turned out to be the perfect place for some much-needed R&R. First off, the front desk staff were absolute gems. They greeted me with warm smiles and could tell I wasn't in the best shape. They actually helped me find a nearby store for some over-the-counter medicine to help with my stomach issues. Talk about going the extra mile! The dorms at Bpostel were a breath of fresh air—literally! The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially when I was feeling under the weather. It felt like a cool, comforting cocoon where I could heal and recharge. The daily housekeeping service was top-notch. Fresh towels were given whenever requested. and my room was always spotless. It was like they knew exactly what I needed, making it feel like a true sanctuary. Now, let's talk breakfast. Bpostel's breakfast spread was a delightful surprise. The food was fresh, tasty, and it momentarily made me forget my stomach problems. They even had 24-hour access to green tea and hot water, which was perfect for soothing my soul. And speaking of convenience, there were plenty of shops nearby, so I didn't have to venture too far when I needed something. It made exploring the area a breeze. Disneyland was closeby and uber was readily available from here. There were plenty of public transport as well. In the end, Bpostel isn't just a place to stay; it's a place to heal and find comfort. The front desk staff became more like friends, the dorms were a refuge, and the entire experience felt like a breath of fresh air.

Ventilation could have been better within the room.
