Beautiful rooms.

Expensive breakfast and not nice dining room. Not so close to Disneyland.

Everything about the property was excellent. I really thought them using full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was really smart on their end and very helpful on ours.

A free breakfast would a nice plus. It is a little pricey for the room but really cannot complain about it, but that would just everything over the top.

I really liked the bus the was right off the street for disney. And the bar was pretty nice place to distress. Will most likely return back to the hotel.

You can definatly tell that the place is pretty old compared to other hotels. And the ceiling was pretty low which made it seem pretty tight in the room.

The room was perfect for our family of 5. The layout was a little weird but we were all close to each other, the facilities were clean and well cared for, and the hotel overall was quiet. Big props as well to the check in staff/guy in the front who made our experience fast, efficient, and won over our kids with cookies. Added bonus is that we could see the fireworks from our room.

The size of the room was more on the smaller side compared to similar rooms at other properties. It wasn't bad, just wish it had more space so we didn't feel so tight. We had 4 of us in the room and we managed!

Very clean!!! Staff was very friendly. The room I stayed in was so big and of course super clean and comfortable. I felt comfortable there. This will be my go to hotel when I go back to Disneyland!!

The only thing I did not like was the price of course. But you get what you pay for and I was extremely happy, again very clean and friendly.

We liked the three beds in each room as it accommodated our family perfectly.

One of the sofa beds was broken and didn't pull out, so one of my kids slept on top of the cushions. He stated it was still comfy, but the pull out bed would have been helpful. We did notify the front desk.

Appreciated being allowed to park in the lot before checking in later in the day. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom only had one bar of soap, So could not leave bar at the sink and in the shower. Toilet seat needs to be tightened. Also noticed some cobwebs in corners ... I can live with that but I'm guessing other guests might not be as willing to. Also, could not find a TV channel listing or any in-room information about the area.

Check in was easy and quick with Robert and staff was friendly and courteous the location of the resort was.great the pool area and spa was great too the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable we would stay there again

Location was perfect. Customer service was great both friendly and professional. Room was very clean and quiet. No outside noise at all. It was a very plasant stay!

Wish we could have had soap, shampoo and conditioner available. Not a deal braker, but it would have been nice.
