Really enjoyed the open inside section of the hotel with the buffet, fountain, and game room. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The elevators were cute, and the lounges and pool were great hangout areas.

I did not like paying $50 for parking. Felt like getting gouged after paying so much to stay their already. I would stay again, but the parking fee will have me looking for other hotels with parking included. Also, the showers were lackluster in pressure.

The staff was very prompt making sure there was enough breakfast food and replacing what was low. They were all very friendly. The room was clean

I rented two rooms. We could not check in one of the rooms until 5:30 because the room was not ready. So I did not get the full value of what I paid for. Also there is very little shampoo and no conditioner. I did not know this until I was attempting to wash my hair. My daughter asked for soap 3 days and it never came. She asked in English and Spanish The staff was friendly but possibly overworked and underpaid. The bathtub leaked and the toilet did not seem steady. When you sat on it you could hear it shake and I am a normal weighted person. The microwave was missing the circular plate so there was not a flat surface inside the microwave.

Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was great. In my first room, the a/c didn’t work so well so they moved us, which was nice. Also provided more towels and pillows since we had 4 adults and 4 kids.

Hotel didn’t tell us the parking out front was for the other business, we came back on 3rd night and cones were in all the parking spots. I’m glad we didn’t get towed the other two nights we had parked out there not knowing we were supposed to move our cars out back. We chose this location because it said it had a shuttle to Disneyland but it was just a normal city shuttle that you had to schedule that costs extra. Probably would have chosen a closer location to Disney but I still liked the hotel.

the room was great. very comfy. very chic. bed was clean and had a cover on the mattress.

the property is far away from Disneyland if your planning to go it’s quiet a distance off the 91 so expect traffic. also, it shows room service. there is no room service any longer and there is no pool currently

This has always been our fave when my son has a basketball game! Everything about it is nice and relaxing! Breakfast if delicious. Great stay, everything was fantastic, from Rooms to comfy beds! Restaurants inside hotels was convenient and yummy..The Arcade was my boys favorite. A relaxable home 7hrs away from your real home😜 Thank you🫶🫶 Blessings 🫶Rosie Fiona

The room was pretty nice and big 👌 the location was not very good no good views from rooms but its ok the rest was nice .

The location it was not very good. The shower head was very old kinda broken. The patios door was very very hard to close not good. So kept it closed. The room was kinda hot the ac was not very cold . So I was hot most of the time.

Hotel Lobby and other areas very nice. The Room was very comfortable and quiet, with most of the amenities needed, coffee, hair dryer etc. Bed and pillows were exceptional for a good nights sleep.

Charging for parking!!! If I'm staying at a Hotel that is going to cost hundreds of dollars for my stay, then to add on a parking fee is an insult and just plain price gouging! Would not stay here again just because of that charge.

The first room I was given smelled really bad and was so hot I was sweating. The air conditioner did not work in this room. The vents in the room were quite dusty, as though they hadn't been dusted in a very long time. The fan in the bathroom was loud and the light around the mirror didn't work. I did not like this room and was considering going to another hotel. I requested a room change and was accommodated. The second room was MUCH better so I decided to stay.

Upon arrival I noticed the trash on the grounds of the hotel. The hotel is dated and needs some renovations.

Staff was excellent. Provided us with a heater when room was too cold.

Room was dark. Cleaning crew could have done a better job. Coffee stains in sink after their cleaning. Could have a larger food menu for folks who want to stay in at night. Would be a convenience and a money maker. Room too cold.

John, when we checked in he was so informative and kind. We had just driven in from northern CA and were on the road for 5 hours, so it was nice to be greeted and taken care of by a friendly face.

Elevators took a long time getting to the 6th floor. The night club took up most of the parking Friday night, there were so many people by 10pm
