Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was great. In my first room, the a/c didn’t work so well so they moved us, which was nice. Also provided more towels and pillows since we had 4 adults and 4 kids.

Hotel didn’t tell us the parking out front was for the other business, we came back on 3rd night and cones were in all the parking spots. I’m glad we didn’t get towed the other two nights we had parked out there not knowing we were supposed to move our cars out back. We chose this location because it said it had a shuttle to Disneyland but it was just a normal city shuttle that you had to schedule that costs extra. Probably would have chosen a closer location to Disney but I still liked the hotel.

the room was great. very comfy. very chic. bed was clean and had a cover on the mattress.

the property is far away from Disneyland if your planning to go it’s quiet a distance off the 91 so expect traffic. also, it shows room service. there is no room service any longer and there is no pool currently

The first room I was given smelled really bad and was so hot I was sweating. The air conditioner did not work in this room. The vents in the room were quite dusty, as though they hadn't been dusted in a very long time. The fan in the bathroom was loud and the light around the mirror didn't work. I did not like this room and was considering going to another hotel. I requested a room change and was accommodated. The second room was MUCH better so I decided to stay.

Upon arrival I noticed the trash on the grounds of the hotel. The hotel is dated and needs some renovations.

Employees were so nice and helpful. I asked to be moved from one room and immediately moved my family to another room. In that move I left my phone charger in the previous room and I called the front desk to get it and they got it very quick. Breakfast was wonderful.

I don’t mind an older hotel or a dated one, however I do struggle with the cleanliness. In the first room the sliding door and the curtains had webs and the bathroom was questionable. When they moved us to the other room, that room was way better.

Internet connection was bad I did have to work some while on my stay and the wifi was horrible

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel lobby is very nice. Nice breakfast selections. Rooms were generally clean however, carpet seemed a little dirty but not bad.

Broken elevator resulted in long waits for the elevators. I know hotel is a little on the old side but we could hear person next to us, talking on their phone. A little freeway noise but not bad and it was expected due to the close proximity of the freeway. We came back Saturday night and almost didn’t get a parking spot (which you are charged for), as there is a night club next door. There was security, however it didn’t appear they were checking for parking pass to make sure night club patrons weren’t parking in the hotel parking. Luckily, we were able to find a parking spot!

courtesy drinks are only from 5 to 7 pm .I asked them to pick up trash from room cause it was overflowing and I could of did it myself and there was no back up bags to do so. .trash was there for 2 days .the first day we got there it was a leak in the refrigerator . the toilet paper hanger is awful . swimming pool wasn’t ready as it appears there like it is . you need 2 to 3 toasters for the bread long wait to have bread toasted

Breakfast was missing some stuff like bacon more than one style of yogurt It was all very cold except for if you got an omelette which was lovely.Both the pool and spa were shut down while we were there my husband had brought his swim trunks to go in. The room was lovely

The manager Muhammad was phenomenal. Very professional and friendly I was having problems with my bank and he went far beyond to make sure that my daughters and I had a good vacation.

The only problem I had was the sleeper in the room it was very uncomfortable The mattress was full of springs. The future in the front room was worn.

Breakfast was great lots of options, fresh Only negative is the placement of the waffle maker when it was busy it was very confusing on the line so placing the line ropes or sign may help with the confusion and cluster

Only negative was that the first room.i was put in had water all over, I shouldn't have even been checked into that room since it was known to have a leak before I even checked in. Very inconvenient since I had already unloaded all of my stuff before I found the leak. Once I got in our new room I have no complaints
