Amazing customer service at the front desk. Very polite and nice. Room is the same as all the other rooms. I just love hhow there's a desk and a kitchenette.

The area around isn't the best. Don't keep any valuables in the car. The room AC/Heater wasn't working so that was very disappointing. Normally when I stay here they work. So maybe just this room.

I liked that I could prepare meals in my room and had a full kitchen with essentials to cook. Bathroom was roomy and we'll stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very clean room free of dust.

I was surprised by the unexpected parking fee of $ 7.00 a night, that was not mentioned at booking . I was. unable to park near my room and was unable to get Access to natural air in my room, window would not open. Strange people walking around the hotel. The price is much higher to stay if you book through the hotel... $100.00 more.

Marisol at the night desk works hard to make sure check-in and check out goes well. Very comfy bed. Kitchen stocked with things you are going to forget to bring. Security is present. Gym is a plus and free laundry machine is so very appreciated. Cost is normal for the area actually probably even a great value for what you get. Everything you are going to need is located nearby. Restaurants stores etc. Pets stay here, but no one's pet caused a problem at all.

Deposit has to be charged over and over each time you make another reservation for Additional days. I don't think it's staff fault tho.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. It is close (10 mins by car) to the convention centre and Disneyland.

The appliances in the kitchen were slightly dusty. Not quite within walking distance of any shops, however there's a little shop at the reception.

Other irresponsible guests. Let their dogs pee in the hallways. One room had the fire department come out by starting a fire in room activating fire alarm and causing all elevators to close until morning.

The room shown on the website included a couch. The room we got had a desk chair and “recliner chair”. I am not able to sleep on a bed but need to sleep in an upward position. The recliner chair foot lifted to about half the distance it should have and there was no “recline” in the chair back. I was able to make do by sitting in the recliner chair and positioning my feet in the desk chair. There were several long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The kitchen sink was difficult to adjust to keep it from dripping.

It is near the freeway, so in a great location, but still the place is quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. For just a few dollars a day you can park in the property. Also, there are washing machines and dryers in the property. I would recommend this place.

The room we stayed in for our one night was excellent. It definitely was such a good price and woulda paid more somewhere else for just as nice of a room( especially with the fact that it came with a kitchen inside of it too) The bed was comfy! And the room was very very clean. The only sucky part was that you had to take stairs to get to your level. & when we left in the morning the stair says did smell like weed. The lady at the desk was also very nice! And welcoming. Would definitely stay there against. Also close to Disney land. So well worth it!

We did have to clean something off that wasn’t cleaned properly but my husband and I didn’t make a big deal out of it

It was really close to a lot of areas so if we wanted to we could have walked everywhere. It was nice. Staff was very polite. We would stay there again.

The TV didn't seem to work, even after we got the batteries changed in the remote. [room 430]
