Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit, different breads for toast, doughnut holes, great coffee and of course, eggs, sausage, potatoes. Fresh juice too! Kim, at the front desk went beyond above and beyond. She was SO helpful. Close parking (free) and wi-fi (free). They did fix the problem with the toilet lid not staying up by itself. (See previous reviews by others).

Booked Accessible room. Front desk indicated our room had a roll-in shower. It did not. Front desk indicated it looked out onto the main street in front of hotel. It did not. No grab bar on wall adjacent to toilet, toilet was SO low it was dangerous, Shouldn't bathroom counter be low to accommodate? Something very annoying-door to bathroom is equipped with springs to close the door everythime it is opened. Imagine a handicapped individual with a walker or wheelchair having to open the bathroom door EVERY TIME THE USE THE BATHROOM and then have to open it again on the way out!

It was so clean and quiet for a hotel full of kids and families. I will be coming back whenever we come to visit. The breakfast was so convenient too. My kids loved sitting outside with me to eat.

There is a woman at the front desk who has a horrible attitude. Like she doesn’t want to be there. I brought up how no one informed me of a $50 deposit.. she then began to tell me there’s no way it could be waved when I wasn’t asking for it to be waved. I only was confused because it was never mentioned up till I spoke to her. She then proceeded to barely speak to me and didn’t even tell me the room I was in. Just handed me the keys. If not for her, I’d give 10/10 recommendations

We only had a short stay here, but we really enjoyed the room which was large, clean, and with a nice lounge area. The hotel seemed to be newly decorated, very modern and with a nice atmosphere. All staff were nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was actually really good. Easy parking just outside the entrance. We had time to use the pool before we left, and we were the only guests there. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it for a short stopover.

Not much going on just nearby the hotel, but there are plenty of fastfood restaurants, supermarkets etc within 5-10 minutes' drive.

Every staff member was clearly happy to be there and glad to help! Ava made check-in easy and she was very helpful acquainting us and to the property and the surrounding area. The breakfast was standard, but everything looked appealing, was well supplied and fresh. The location worked great for our mid-trip overnight stop. It was close to several food and shopping options. It was also easy to get to Costco (for gas) as well as I5 and the 99. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is located on a busy main street, so there was some street noise, but not so much that it interfered with getting a good night of sleep.

Parking seemed pretty safe and clean, check-in was easy and fast,the room was nice and spacious with all amenities,I liked that they serve free breakfast for the guests

Just a couple of things but not much of a BIG deal for me....one of the beds had a sock in the sheets left behind from a previous guest and the sofa bed sheets didn't seem to clean and there was some hair left there.

The handicap room I booked wasn't available and it didn't have AC I waited 30mins in the lobby, for nothing thinking they was getting my handicap room ready then I went and spoke to them and they said the room I was waiting I couldn't even get so they gave me a different room that was already ready so I literally waited 30mins for nothing

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable.

It’s time to redo the showers in the rooms. The tile and the shower door track are showing their age and they don’t match what the rest of the bathroom and the room look like.

Very good free breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Gym was very well equipped and clean.

Refrigerator didn't really work so had to throw out food. Had requested extra chair but never got one. Moving into room was strenuous as no luggage cart was available for our many bags (would be very difficult if I was disabled). Gym did not have hand wipes during our stay, even after request for some from front desk.

Inside of the hotel was very nice and clean. Spacious room, with a nice size sofa. Spacious bathroom with extra towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot shower. Quiet room on the 3rd floor.

The outside area around the hotel is very dirty, There are so many cigarette buds on the floor and on the garden, the trash bids outside were always full of trash to the top. Dirty sidewalks. Bathroom: No mini soap to wash your hands. I had to use the shampoo dispenser inside of shower to wash my hands. The pet fee is extremely high. Cost is $75 USD per pet , plus another $9 USD charge on top of the pet fee, stated as "occupancy fee" for the pet. You end up paying $84 USD to bring your pet.

The helpfulness of the front desk staff !!! Especially, Kim !!!! She was so helpful !! Went out of her way to help us with a luggage cart ! It really helped and we are most grateful ! Please acknowledge her for going the extra mile and truly caring about the customer !!! Thanks, Sidney & G
