Nice room, comfortable bed, convenient location, food nearby, friendly front desk staff, breakfast had waffles (although not much else)

Horribly uncomfortable pillows! Extremely disappointing breakfast. We had to ask for plates, never saw her clean anything, no yogurt, no cereal, no eggs. We are not normally particular regarding coffee, but this coffee was awful! Cold sausages… We left and paid to eat breakfast somewhere cleaner. No social distancing and not cleaning made us very uncomfortable.

The room was dirty,and sticky floor,and a tremendous smell of chimicals,we thought was the smell of the cleaners,do we open the door to ventilate and blast the ac..but when we close the door didn't realized the smell was coming back and I woke up with a horrible headache well I find out that new floor where installed so that was the smell,I got a discount for the next time we stay there in wish will be 2 times next month,the place is awesome just the smell of chimicals,hope the smell is gone...ir not get a freshly remodel room.

got chared for towels that i didnt take and i never took anything like that i dont need too i brought my own towels just because the maid said i did but the night befor she only gave me two towels and that wasn't Right that was my 6 or 7th stay there i wont go going bake there i was very sad and disappointed and i still havent gotten my 95 dollers for booking it twice for the same day actually booked it for the same day and was told i would get my money back but noting yet what a big disappointment i really loved staying there and i told friends and family to stay there but i have to give them a reminder to b careful

Location was close to restaurants and right off the freeway.

Hotel insides looked run down it wasn't as nice as other Ramada's I stayed at for the price. My wife and I arrived at 9:00 p.m. and our handicap room was not cleaned yet. I called the head to make sure I had a handicap room and they even gave me the room number. I ended up taking a standard room.

The location was sketchy...on the street, fortunately it was set away from it so the impact was minimal. Some places had signs of being repaired and not completed fully. Currently under construction Breakfast was minimal The shower was small compared to the rest of the room The tv remote was not working

Stayed here overnight with my dog and was initially nervous, like others have said, about the "characters" hanging in the parking lot. Not great to arrive to, but the hotel itself was awesome! Carol at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. She made the arrival very welcoming. I will definitely be back here!

My husband had a couple of our small muffins and apple juice …good. I don’t eat breakfast. Your gals at the check in were awesome and helped with our needs.

Orange juice would have been good. But nothing we didn’t like. Thank you so much. Oh we would have liked a closer parking, but handicap was full and one car didn’t have a handicap card up. However…I managed.

Location was right in the middle of where I needed to be, and room was great and so was the staff

Some of the potatoes at breakfast were undercooked but I like all the choices for breakfast just wish the juice machine was working

Just had Coffee, but the food looked excellent. Many people eating the big fluffy Waffles.

Not allowed to take drinks to the pool. I understand the food restrictions, but when it 100*, it would be nice to have water or a beer in a can.

At check out I was made to wait 20 minutes for the lady to check me out and when I got to the counter I was told my $100. Cash deposit would not be refunded because it was after 11:00 when I checked and they did not allow late check outs. It was about 11:23 in the morning when this happened. I think they are scamming cash paying customers and I’m thinking if file a formal complaint with the BBB
