property is in good location few meters away from busy street, very nice and quiet community. very affordable and very clean. love the place!. the host has less accomodation, i guess they were pretty much occupied at those times. but overall best place to have a quick get away

Very reasonable on price! Breakfast not included (as disclosed), as they are separate cabin locations. We knew this going in, so it was not a surprise. We brought food to cook for ourselves, as cookware (limited) and place settings (Plates, silverware, etc.) were provided.

Trash had not been emptied in either the kitchen or bathroom, which had us wondering if the sheets were clean. The door to the bathroom did not close properly and had the be jammed into the door jam to have any privacy.

Cozy and confy perfect.. We will be back soon so glad we found this place

It was very comfortable and welcoming! We appreciated some things were provided such as dishes, coffee, a little condiments tray with sugar and hot chocolate, extra blankets, etc. They also have bundles of firewood for sale in the office and they will bring it to your cabin so you don’t have to drive elsewhere. We have 4 girls and they LOVED the playground. It was nice having a safe place to play in the snow and then cozying up in our cabin by the fireplace.

Nothing it was great! We’re planning on booking here again for a summer vacation.

This was my third stay at this lodge, so I was aware of what to expect based on prior stay's. This stay was equal in terms of comfort, convenience, location, and overall quality of stay. The cabin was clean and all that was needed was in working order, clean, and comfortable for a short weekend getaway to attend the annual Tour de Big Bear. The smart lock doors are a nice touch, and the onsite hosts were very nice and worked with my crew's parking needs for the weekend. Great value stay.

Not much to say here ... if traveling with a group driving separately, would be good to check with property about onsite parking limitations.

The lodge was beautiful, clean and cozy. My kids loved it. The TV was connected so the kids could watch a movie before bed.

The fireplace didn't work well. It made the lodge very smoky and we had to turn the fire off. We paid extra for the firewood which we ended up taking with us. There were limited pans and in poor condition. We washed all dishes over before using because there were stains/smudges in them.

This was a second time staying there, and the property is well kept the staff is on top of everything every time you call them they answer your phone right away and help you with whatever you need. This stuff is to be commended for how well they treat their guests.

I have to say there’s nothing I did not like about the property and that’s why we are going back again next year.

I like the fact that employees were really nice and helpful.the cabins are very clean.They took the time to talk to us and made sure we was safe very nice to kids and cared about the safety for everyone with the blizzard. And they took the time to clear a path through the snow so we can get in and out of the place.

Honestly there really wasn't anything we didn't liked everything was really good I give this place I full 5 stars

The cabin, the porch/balcony. The entire interior of cabin. The kitchen.

Refrigerator is too small. Bad maintenance of the premises. Most swinging chairs were broken. Property could look more attractive if taken care of, with proper plants and good landscaping. Behind cabin was dirty, full of equipment and junk, visible from windows.
