Rooms are newly renovated and super nice for a motel. Great location right on the main road, walking distance to the McDonald's and Yamatani restaurant. Facilities are really nice and updated, clean and comfy bed, nice brand new bathroom, just incredible value! I've stayed in much shittier places in bishop that cost 50% more. I believe renovations are recent which are why the previous reviews are so bad, but I would absolutely stay here again.

Water pressure in the sink was poor, but at least the water was very clean. Also the bath towels could be better.

I've stayed at Townhouse several times. I always request a quiet room, and it always is. The location is easy to access and rooms are always clean and quiet. That is what is most important to me.

It was clean, quiet, and close to town close walking distance.

That the manager called me after I checked out and told me that there was poop inside my room. The person that picked me up had a dog. He barely was in there for 2 minutes. Maybe he pooped and I didn't notice. But the manager did not let me explain myself. Nor anything he just told me. I could not be on that property anymore. That is bad he could have asked me. Or he couldn't charge me for a f****** deposit or something.

This is my fourth stay here. Just your basic motel, but I feel comfortable here and it's a good location. I will continue to come back.

Sometimes the parking is out of control on the weekend. All the rooms are full and I think some of them have more than one car. I came back late one night and there was only one space left. Not near my room.

Great sign outside and a general quaint feel to the place. Plenty of spacious parking, the pool was working (too cold to use it though!), great wifi and TV system. Location was ideal, close to some excellent breakfast places and the late night saloon. Spacious shower that was easy to use.

The bed was pretty hard, and I had to cover the sensor for the automatic bathroom light so it doesnt blind me when I go there in the night - it would be nice to be able to disable that. A shelf would be useful in the bathroom for toiletries etc. You only really have space for that on the sink rim and toilet cistern.

The room was adequate, especially for the cost. Location was very good. Lots of available parking spots, which was very convient. We arrived very late in the early morning hours (1 am). The front desk called to check in on what time we were arriving, which was appreciated.

Nothing, we had a very nice stay.

I needed a reasonably priced motel that was clean for my two overnites fishing trip. The Townhouse fit ALL my initial needs.

The parking spaces in front of the room doors were pretty narrow and when all the spaces were filled at the motel, it was a little cramped for off-loading and later repacking the car. It was manageable however.

Close to tioga pass and is the cheapest town you can stay if you want to access Yosemite and mammoth lake,

Our room had a door inside as a closet which was share with the room next to us, it needs a good refurbished, and the staff a bit nicer

The Townhouse management was amazing when we had a problem with a heating unit they were very responsive and helpful and resolved our concern immediately. We have stayed there many times now, and it is in a great location and serves our needs at a great price.

This is my third stay at Townhouse Motel. I love the location and the rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. I will be back.

It would be nice if the parking was assigned to the rooms. I came back late a couple of times and had to park on the other side of the lot.
