It is close to Knott's, target, Wendy's, doesn't have any space in the room. But room was clean all around and the breakfast was simple but still was fulfilling. And has 24hrs coffee.

The room wasn't that big felt cramped...no microwave only 1 in the main lobby...and 1 pillow had a red stain might have been blood not sure and wen I reported it they said they didn't have any...and when my wife went to get it replaced they said no one reported it. Plus the screen to the window was broke looked like they tried to get in and the door too.

It was near to Koreatown and Knotts Berry Farm theme park. Nearby to Target. Quiet area and have own parking area, without extra charge. There is a washer and dryer for guests use. Seems like it was recently renovated with new paint and place looks nice and clean. Breakfast was basic: coffee, bread, cereal, juice. Common microwave at the lobby. No microwave in the room. Seems like a safe area.

The laundry area wasn't 24hrs. The coin machine wasn't working but manage to change quarters with the staff at the lobby.

Nice spot lots of available things around and near by to do

We went to get breakfast at about 910, they were suppose to stop serving at 930 and got turned away, that was one of the main reasons we booked because it included breakfast, I even paid an extra 20 so we can stay til 1 but because we didn’t get to eat we ended up leaving earlier anyway to go eat. Other than that it was good

The room was very clean, the mini fridge was a good size for weekend snacks and drinks, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked amazingly, the location was prefect, the price was fantastic, and the check-in staff were so kind and helpful and patient and friendly !

Our bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, very loud cleaning carts going back and forth kept waking us up, but since everything was SO clean that is forgiven!

I appreciated the location, and the price for the nice room. The room was clean. The lobby area appeared to be clean, however; I merely passed through with the exception of check-in upon my arrival.

My room had two beds and was able to accommodate up to 4 people, yet there was only one bath towel for showering, and only 1 drinking cup. The elevator closest to my room was also out of order. Thankfully, the other elevator was operational.

Clean rooms, great for families. Continental breakfast. Great having a fridge in the room. I like that room cleaning services are always available, quick and efficient.

No microwave in the room. Really inconvenient having only 1 microwave for the entire hotel use. Difficult with kids when they want a snack and microwave being used.

Always clean and friendly staff good prices.

Having to redo deposit when you’re wanting to extend your stay. It’s card only and the last deposit take banks 3-5 days to put back on your card, so stinks how they just can’t keep original deposit, because your not checking out or changing rooms just simply extending your stay

I liked the rooms they were very spacious and clean. I loved how my room was always clean upon my request to clean it everyday and the staff did not hesitate to give me an extra body towel.

I didn't love the breakfast it was such a let down. Also, somedays id have the do not disturb was on and the cleaning service still knocked.

The large clean rooms. The jacuzzi looks relaxing,. I need to try it sometime.

The fact that I had NO cellphone reception at all when I was on the 1st floor. Didn't appreciate the fact that I had been paying for my room with my prepaid visa card for several days then all of a sudden there was 1 employee that wouldn't accept it one night. I couldn't sleep that night from the stress. I had to go to work at 6:00 am. I had put all my cash into the card. Then I had to have someone else withdraw it and pay for my room for me. It costed me an extra $16.00 for loading my money to the card & then having to withdrawal it. It was a stressful mess.

The hotel was affordable the rooms where a good size, the pool was great, they had simple breakfast cereal, toast, mini muffins, coffee, fruit, orange and apple juice staff was great Right in front of Target and other stores and restaurants

Housekeeping keep the rooms clean the only issue we had was that the floors in the room could be cleaner my boys walked with white socks and they ended up dirty
