Loved how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Hotel staff were very friendly, the location of the hotel was central to family activities, and the breakfast selection was great! Some of the selections weren't the same every morning, so it was nice to have variety. Even better that the breakfast and the parking were free!

Our only complaint was that the walls must be somewhat thin. A family was celebrating a birthday in a room close to ours, and we fell asleep at night listening to them sing "Happy Birthday," eat birthday cake, and have a party in their room. It was muted, but loud of enough to tell what was going on. Personally, we didn't mind too much because we like falling asleep to background noise. They were happy noises. However, if you need things totally quiet when you sleep, you might want to ask for a room away from families or groups of people.

Staff was very helpful with our extended stay. Also helped with parking our 20 foot trailer. Rooms were clean and stocked up. Front desk was always available to help. Breakfast was good, different stuff everyday

Only bad thing is the walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbors snoring. Pool/spa never had towels available, had to ask front desk anytime we wanted to get in the pool. Other than that everything was good.

I live in a nearby city but was getting married in Cerritos and didnt want to drive back and forth running last-minute errands. I chose this hotel because it was near my wedding venue and it was a Hilton and i know Hiltons are big on customer service and boy did they not disappoint! The customer service was phenomenal. I never felt as if I was disturbing the employees. They provided me with early check-in without hassle (had to call day of the day of to check). I asked for a pack and play for my baby and it was being set up for my room when i got up to my room ... didn't have to wait around for them to deliver it. I normally don't do this part of reviews but thought that I would because of the great customer service!

Sliding door to the restroom. Covered both closet and bathroom. Didn’t close properly but that was my only concern. No privacy for a family.

Breakfast was great! The kids loved the waffle station and topping their waffle with chocolate chips, and different flavor syrups. Different style eggs each day was a plus along with different types of meat (sausage, bacon etc). The cheese omelets, the egg white frittata were delish! Bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more were available. Great variety. The room we had was spacious. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel was very clean it felt like we were in a new, just built hotel. All the staff were super helpful, friendly and courteous but Gabby was the best! Overall I do recommend this hotel and will be back if we travel here again.

Location was good. Away from most of the hustle and bustle of the main shopping areas and yet not too far to get to them.

The walls are paper thin. The people above us were extremely loud, letting the kids roll something across the floor for the majority of the day, constant stomping and jumping. Called the front desk and they said they would call them and let me know they were checking out the next day. That meant nothing to me since I was checking out the next day as well and didn’t get good rest. And then they were up at 5:45 the next morning jumping off beds until they were gone by about 6:30. Not the hotels fault but you can tell the floors and walls have no insulation.

Breakfast had a nice selection of items to choose from; hot items were hot; items were nicely laid out; the serving and eating areas were very clean.

My room lacked a security box for valuables; not a single drawer; the shower head was fixed to the wall as opposed to flexible.

Walls, are very thin , we had 2 rooms but they were separated by one room which the couple fought, we both could hear them way to clear, which made the baby cry, had to finally call the front desk, needless to say it finally settled down after midnight. Not good when you have a long drive the following day.
