Had a great time

The room was antiquated Smelled funny Fridge did not work Trash in hallways and thin doors connecting other rooms Could hear my neighbors entire Conversations No weather stripping on the bottom Of doors you can literally see People's feet walking by our door Not really a good value For the cost. Seems all pomp And glitter on the surface. ROOMS NEEDS an OVERHAUL AND PRICES NEED TO BE REEVALUATED. WAY TOO MUCH COST FOR SUBPAR ROOMS.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the lobby, restaurant, and outside bar were lovely as well.

The rooms and hallways looked run down and need a HUGE renovation. The first room they put us in, the sheer drapes were ripped in places. We asked for an accessible room and the bathroom had a really deep tub with bars that my Mom couldn't get in and out of which was not accessible. They moved us to another room with a walk in shower which was much better.

The property is kept very clean and tidy.

It’s quite dated and in need of a remodel especially due to the prices that are charged. We stayed in the executive two bedroom and it needs an update really bad.

Only stayed one night before going out of town from Burbank Airport - the airport is directly across the street within walking distance if you are spry, we aren't so we took the shuttle which was very accommodating.

Nothing to complain about

Great location! Good amenities and pool was great. Loved the outdoor movie addition. Free parking was great ! Starbucks inside was nice.

Room could used a bit more in depth cleaning. Staff was okay. No breakfast

bathrooms a little old. windows were outside were not cleaned.

Everything was pretty standard. clean and straight forward. I did like the hair product choices.

The car parked next to me was robbed for its wheels, that felt really unsafe and like it could happen to anyone.

The hotel had an elegant feel and was meticulously well kept. The staff were professional and courteous at all times and the room had all we needed for our stay. We were here for an event and the hotel managed the large contingent really well - considering all the covid protocols. Location was superb!

It was difficult to communicate with housekeeping as we unfortunately do not speak Spanish With the benefit of hind sight I should probably have used Google translate instead of hand gestures and nodding & thumbs up! With Covid - our room was not cleaned for the entire stay - which I understand, but there were no additional trash facilities outside the room - leaving the passages lined with packets of trash. First time we've had to pay for wifi in years ...

Location to airport, allowed us to check in early. Nice restaurant and bar on property.

price didn’t include breakfast and there’s a charge for WiFi.

Greeted with a smile, staff was very helpful.... food and drinks were great, hostess, bar tender, servers were all friendly. Beds were exceptionally comfortable! Pool was clean and safe.
