Proximity to Hollywood Burbank Airport was perfect. Took a late night booking when first location, Clearmann's Northwood Inn was not an actual inn, it was just a restaurant. Glad to get a cheap room with a bathtub, I hadn't seen one in a while.

Room could have used an interior designer but I did not stay more than one night. Would stay in a better room at same hotel. Would be nice if they had complimentary breakfast.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff we interacted with were kind, friendly and helpful. We had a nice view from the 4th floor. A great value for the price and a good location as a home base. Easy to navigate to various freeways to get you where you want to go.

I was a little concerned with the parking situation. We checked in fairly late on our first day and there were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. I was worried about our rental car and if someone would try to follow us. They do have security measures and staff in place to keep an eye on the property. Nothing happened to our rental car and all entries to the hotel that don't have staff posted there require room key access- so it ended up fine.

Very comfortable, large rooms which was nice due to us being there for quite a number of nights! Liked that there was parking behind a gate as that made us feel the car was secure. The pool was also very nice!

We had accidentally booked our check in for a day earlier than intended (our fault not the hotel’s), however we had no phone call, email or message asking about our whereabouts which would have been nice as we turned up the following day oblivious to the fault and our reservation had been marked as no show. The lovely gentleman at the front desk managed to restore our booking for the remaining nights so crisis averted but just would have appreciated the hotel reaching out to alert us if we hadn’t turned up to check in so we could have advised we were still coming for the booking and explained the mix up especially as we had driven all the way from San Francisco and would have been very stuck if all the rooms were unavailable especially due to already prepaying for the room.

The place is clean! Everything clean. Great staff, big room.

No breakfast alternative for diabetics. You have packaged sugary flavored oatmeal. Get some plain packages. Also, not really a breakfast. Just some bread and bagels, a few packaged sweet rolls...some fruit, yogurt and packaged boiled eggs

I liked the greenery in the inner part of the location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and a good value.

One thing I am not happy about. Before I booked this reservation, they said they would have complimentary grab and go breakfast available. I did not see anything that said that would be until the restaurant reopened, which it did right as I got there. I was told that per their policy, that there was going to be no continental breakfast. If I had known that, I would not have booked the reservation with this location. I really feel misled and it is their responsibility to clearly communicate that fact and they didn't.

The room was very clean and very spacious what was this big there were a lot of people here and a lot of rooms, but I never heard anybody walking above us or door slamming. Our door was very thick so it's shielded a lot of the sound because it's also by the airport

Not sure of the location at first. It's right on the highway. When you get off at 5:what does make it convenient. However, driving around the outside of the building it made you wonder about the safety and how it would appear on the inside. But it was very clean in the lobby and very clean in the room and the rooms are very soundproof.

Very clean room, overall maintenance was evident, all accessories accommodations were at hand, no undesirable odors inside the room or outside the hotel, no uncomfortable noises during our stay of one night, the shower was a delight! 😀👌🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Carpet on the hallways is disgusting 🤢 very very dirty and gave an uncomfortable appearance, was wondering if our room was going to be a disappointment however it wasn’t because it had laminated floor 👍🏻 so I would suggest you get rid of that unhealthy carpet and just leave the concrete floor, it will be easier for clean up and will give a better appearance to your customers when arriving 🙂 another disappointment was the coffee machine in the room… it didn’t work ☹️ tried and insisted various occasions and ended up frustrated and with no morning coffee 😟🙃

Bedding was soft, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and complimentary soaps. Liked the gated parking although we came back too late at night to snag a spot. We've seen security for the outer parking before so we like that and felt secure parking there. Free parking is also a bonus.

The breakfast area was being redone so we couldn't get the normal breakfast. They had grab and go options but we opted out this time to get to the theme park sooner. Not holding it against the site as remodels are always good. You can hear the traffic from the freeway but it was not a deal breaker for our family.

I really liked that the facilities were super clean, and our room was also clean beyond our expectations. Also, once we landed from the airport, we made the quick call to the hotel saying we had arrived and within literally 4 minutes they sent a car for us, free of charge. They also scheduled our ride back to the airport when it was time for us to depart, also free of charge. This service is a plus in my book!

I would have liked for the restaurant/bar to be open in the lobby. The sign said it would be opening soon. I think having a restaurant in the hotel would be a plus because there really isn't any restaurants nearby and to get food delivered is pretty expensive in the Burbank area.

I expected the hotel would be a terrible experience based off of Yelp reviews but I was pleasantly surprised at our entire stay! The rooms were renovated and super clean, and the staff was friendly and masked. The breakfast was better than I expected too, with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, mini bagels, variety of bread, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter and jelly condiments, and even takeaway snacks like individually wrapped chocolate croissants, granola bars, and had some cereal options too.

I would’ve liked if there were extra blankets provided in the rooms rather than needing to call down for them, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
