The cost is good. And the price including the breakfast - it's not so good but acceptable. It has the shampoo and body lotion. The bed is good enough.

My colleague feels the room was strange and can feel something. I have no issue with that but still feel a little wired too. Not bad for one night but I don't wanna to stay for a long period.

Great value hotel, clean, with free parking, next to a shopping mall and Metro.

Location is at least a 20 minute drive from anywhere, we did not have a car but found Uber and Lyft easy to use and although located in Compton never felt unsafe at hotel.

I gave this hotel 10/10.I particularly liked how clean it was and the room cleaners do an excellent job in the room valeting service, the breakfast is truly exceptional with a buffet with breakfast cereals, toast, as much coffee or juice as you like , you can even make your own waffles if you want. I had a delicious breakfast every day. The breakfast staff ( there was a lovely lady called Letty) were really friendly and the reception staff behind the desk very professional. Really this hotel was an absolute godsend as it feels like it is five star but is very clean, affordable and the staff go above and beyond to tend to your needs. There is a lovely heated jacuzzi and swimming pool and I was surprised how few people actually use it. Also, there is a casino if you are feeling lucky. I do not gamble so this was wasted on me but I did have a look and it looked like the real thing with people having a flutter. The hotel is nicely connected to the freeways and roads and is only a 15 minute drive from the coast and the beaches. There are shops ( Aldi , target, five below, best buy, home depot)and food outlets literally 2 minutes drive away in an area of retail parks nearby I truly recommend this hotel as it has the most stylish carpets and there is also an ice making machine and microwave on each floor. I was on the top floor, 9th, and it had a superb view over towards Los Angeles and I had golden eagles flying out my room. Recommended. Overall 10/10.

First of all wanted to thank staff for being such polite and supportive! Room was cleaned daily and very carefully. Price was incomparable for such conditions! Free parking in hotel's garage right near to elevator. Breakfast is good enough for such price.

Hotel's in Compton and it's very dirty around. I'd definitely recommend to change the carpet - they treat it but it simply too old and smelly. The light at entrance in apartment is switching on automatically when you move which bothered our baby at night. Coffee for breakfast - i'd definitely reconsider the supplier or approach it's cooked. Too far from main places we came to visit.

Amazing staff, trying always help! Location not bad. Clean room and amenities with daily housekeeping. Locked garage with only hotel guests access, so no worry about car loss. Enough power outlets in room, sadly not on bedside table. WiFi good enough to watch Netflix. Security personnel always present in lobby.

Monotonous but good breakfasts. Missing outlets on bedside. Slow door opening in garage. Plexi wall in front desk - but do understand, you want to protect your employees.

Hotel and service very good, I recommend it The hotel rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. Additionally, very comfortable and large beds. The hotel had a swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a gym that was available. Good location, right next to the Metro station with direct connection to Downtown Los Angeles. The hotel has its own outdoor and underground parking lot, included in the room price. Every morning a tasty breakfast was served with friendly service. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was satisfactory. There were several options and you could take however much you pleased. The staff sometimes struggled with English, but they were all helpful and pleasant people. The establishment was in pristine condition.

I was a bit surprised to find the bathroom is not equipped with a toilet brush. Or at least I wasn't able to find one. Luckily there were no troubles for me, but I was slightly concerned about that. My room was overlooking the Gardena Freeway towards the southeast. It was somewhat noisy at night. Nothing unbearable, but it's something to keep in mind. Maybe the other side facing the northwest is more quiet.

it was a good deal for the price it’s a very comfortable place. Room was big and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

it’s not the best location, it was far from the town and also Uber took long to arrive there or canceled. unfortunately the people from next door were arguing and police had to come. The security response was very quickly and we didn’t have any problem, but It seems people stay long term in the property and it doesn’t feel really safe. There wasn’t food in the hotel, you need to walk or order but the area don’t feel too safe.

I absolutely liked the location. It's by a shopping center where there is lots of places to shop and eat. Not only that but the hotel itself is nothing short of amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The front desk ladies were amazing as well. They made checking in easy and my room was available as soon as I arrived. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious. Definitely the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I stayed in room 505 this Labor Day weekend. The room was clean and had everything you need. Coffee maker, fridge, t.v, plenty of shower shampoo conditioner, lotion and a wonderful view. There was plenty of parking and security walking around keeping the area secure and safe.The pool was so fun and they also have an outside work out area that I enjoyed. My daughter loved it and enjoyed the arcade. I can guarantee I will be staying at this hotel again. LA Crystal Hotel and Casino Thank you for the great stay, me and my family enjoyed it.

The hotel entrance and the room were clean and silent. The bathroom sink was slightly leaking and old, though very clean. The furniture were old fashioned still clean, no smell in the room.. The breakfast area was very basic with 80 s style chairs covered with fabric. The breakfast is very bad quality ( though we had a similar one in another 4 star best western hotel) There was a tasteless wafel from a maschine, egg /omlette pellets probably from liquid eggs from a cartoon, just toast bread and bagels and not tasty muffins. Coffee was limit drinkable. Maybe it would be better to have an option of a breakfast of better quality with extra fees. And if the decoration of the rooms were updated, and a more professional looking reception decor and staff, that could be a much preferred hotel in the region, with such cleanliness..
