Great price. Staff was able to add additional night when I requested an extension with no problem. The location was clean and maintained. The staff was great!! The vending area was very nice and well maintained. The facility was very dog friendly!!! There were several well maintained outdoor areas with dog stations and dog poop bags. The room had a bunch of space for the dog’s crate and dog gate! The parking lot had cameras and was well lit and clean. The pool looked beautiful but I did not have a chance to get in.

The motel accommodated me by putting me on the first floor by the exit ( which I requested ). The door by the exit was used very frequently at all hours. It would bang a lot and we could hear that in the room. Also the room is not very sound proof. I could hear people walking by and talking. The vending machine were a little bit pricey.

The room and bathroom were big & clean. But there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. The room was a bit expensive, but this was the safest and cheapest I could find for LA. I had a rental car, so the room was okay for me because of the free parking. In LA, parking outside is unsafe. The hotel is in CARSON the safety rate is really high there. Next to hotel there were shopping places (TARGET, MARSHALLS, IKEA etc)

It is a hotel & studio apartment, so there was lots of noise. Housekeeping was done 3 days each. But every morning they were knocking hard at my door to ask if I had trash or not. It was annoying, this always woke me up. The neighbors also smoked weed all the time so the corridors were smelling.

The motel definitely got renovated! From the lobby to the room everything was clean, presentable, and repainted! I really like the new concept where the vending machines were, now you access with your room key and can buy more than snacks, and drinks, but essentials as well! I definitely got a good night's rest on their comfy bed and the bathroom looked more welcoming and open with the sliding glass door. The restroom in the hallway was very clean and convenient! Staff was attentive, friendly, and informative!

I would say the lighting in hallway to my room could be brighter (my room was main building and lower floor to the left side of the motel).

The staff was super friendly! They noticed we had the same birthday so they made sure to ensure we had a great stay! The location was AMAZING! So many shops and restaurants around that it made quick trips a breeze! Can’t wait to get back soon!!

The ONLY downfall was the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go up a floor to a functional one but other than that everything was AMAZING!

Room was very nice. Clean and roomy. Comfy bed!

Nothing I don't like but will say this location is undergoing renovations to rooms, and hallways. Did have a smell of the fresh paint throughout and carpeting in the halls were covered with paint but like I said, renovations are ongoing and I'm.sure carpeting will be replaced and the new paint odor will disappear. But I did enjoy my stay nevertheless,the room was clean and the bed was quite comfy and that's all that matters to me pretty much.

Location great for us, every year go too the same motel. Room we stayed in has been upgraded

Internet still as ropey as ever, works fine till about 10pm then becomes useless, 4 years this has been happening! Pre and post Covid !Exterior doors still never been fixed !

Location, shopping and food, close staff very polite, housekeeping, and front desk are excellent

That Booking.com didn’t tell me that you have to have $100 deposit on a car, no matter whether you reserve through booking or at the hotel that needs to be known ahead of time and not a surprise. It was an emergency and had a medical condition.

Clean rooms, comfy, friendly staff, it’s in the center of everything, lots and lots of restaurants in walking distance, mall and IKEA was right next door, with all that’s going on outside, the room was pretty quiet, free to bring a pet. We’re going to come here again.

Stairs need cleaning, they don’t provide shampoo/conditioner just soap, they are still in the process of doing some renovations so it’s a bit dusty outside, other that it was a great place.

Rooms are updated, clean, nice tv, wifi available, comfortable bed and quiet. I would suggest adding a dining table.

I booked 2 nights. After the first night, the cleaning staff took at least 6 unopened water bottles and an unopened 2 liter soda out of the room. I'm not sure if they were aware of the 2 nights reserved. Also, the bathroom vent in room 179 is very loud.

We have our James. We call the place it’s his hotel.

The comforter was worn out. Sheets are really thin. Shower was really low pressure. If it was because of water supply issues, then it’s ok. We got cleaned enough. AC was with humming noise like someone was mowing the lawn right outside the window.
