Large rooms that were fairly quiet. There is a lawn area out front where we were able to walk the dog. There were dog poop bags available in the front desk area. There is also a table with chairs out front near the lawn that is for smokers, which I thought was considerate of the hotel to provide. The hotel is near Trader Joes, the Cinemark movie theater, and various food and beverage options.

Our room smelled a bit weird when we entered--maybe it was a cleaning agent that was quite pungent. The AC unit rattled when the AC cycled on. The light over the sink was so dim it was hard to put on makeup. We tried to have breakfast, but at 8:30 am all the tables were full, so we left to have breakfast elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable room.

Very under staffed. Only one person working the checking desk and phones. She handled the stress professionally and was very pleasant. Later in the evening when we returned to the hotel, we noticed that there wasn’t anyone working at the front desk. However, we did see the front desk employee delivering towels on the third floor. My wife and I were wondering if she would also be cleaning our room the next day after checkout. She deserves a raise and help.

My boyfriend and I was saying we caught one of those knees the younger me Listening into our room with almost her ear by the door like we actually walked up to her listening with her ear by the door and open the door from the inside and asked her what she was doing and when we did that she told us we needed to get out of the room if she needed to clean our room it was just a weird experience was never taught or anything like that in our entire life and I don't know what she was doing but it was really odd cute little blonde girl very weird situation

This property is very convenient location-wise for my locally scheduled appointments. The room is clean and well appointed (towels are average, but plentiful). I have no need for room amenities such as fridge, microwave or coffee maker, but they were all there. I always find the bed and linens very comfortable (based on prior stays) with lots of pillows. I also like the convenience of plugs incorporated in the lamp base for charging devices very handy. The grounds are very quiet even though located just off Highway 99.

The TV operation, it has a very strange guide and I had to inquire at the front desk as to operation. The staff was very helpful and provided me with a printed channel guide, which was not available in the room. The roommate seems to have increased from my last stay, but hasn't everything!

Pet friendly, grab and go breakfast was fantastic and good hours.

The room wasn’t serviced every day. I recognize that you want to save on water and other environmental thinhd (cleaning materials, etc). It would be helpful to put up a sign somewhere explaining this and letting people know they have the option of having the rooms cleaned every day.

The staff were excellent!! I needed to use the computer but the guest computers were not working properly. I was allowed to use an alternate computer. I was able to get my task done. Staff even offered to make a breakfast for me.

The entrance from the street was difficult to see at night. There was not a water or soda in any of the vending machines on any of the floors at 9:00 on Saturday night.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The late night shift was especially nice. Big room and very clean. The included breakfast was had very good choices.

There was not much I didn't like and if I had to pick anything it was just the TV guide so nothing major at all.

We didn't get up in time to eat. The room was clean and well stocked. Easy to find with GPS on the phone. We liked the tub/toilet in a separate room from the bathroom sink.

Beds too high off ground. I am short and had to use a step stool to get on the bed. The coffee maker basket was missing, so we made hot tea instead.
