The location was great. Breakfast was okay. Could have a little more variety and labeling for guests with limited diets. For example, at a previous IHG, we had an excellent veggie omelet and hash browns. Corning had an omelet that looked like, but was NOT the veggie omelet. No hash browns or gf toast or anything to go with breakfast.

Other than mentioned above, it was adequate. The coffee that I got at the coffee bar when I checked in tasted either old or instant, not sure. When I was going to make some in my room instead, it was all caffeine-free. We were too tired to bother with requesting more at that point.

It was so clean! My kids and I needed rest after driving from Oregon and this place was amazing!! We did not want to leave! The pillows were fantastic! The bed was so comfortable! The shower had so much pressure! They had a refrigerator and microwave and giant flat screen tv! Tons of places to put our belongings! I would stay here every time I go through Corning!!

Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our initial room had a broken heater. After 2 hours of trying to cool it down, we were still in the high 80's. One call to the front desk had us a new room with a very good AC!! Also, being right next to the freeway was worrisome, however, never once did we hear it and our room was on the freeway side.

I am very disappointed that when staff cleaned the room after we checked out they did not save my sweater for me. The sweater does not mean anything to anyone but me. I would have been happy to pay for shipping if they had said they had found it. It was left on bed, most likely covered up by a sheet. Maybe you should incentivize the staff regarding "LOST and FOUND" items. Bummed out, Margaux DeBoer

The hotel was updating lobby and breakfast area but seemed to do this quietly and respectful of guests. The hotel is close to everything.

My coffee maker did not work which was frustrating because I like to have a cup first thing in the morning.

Nice employees, great facilities.

They charged me $165 for a cleaning fee for urination of an animal which I did not even have an animal and I was very upset. I called the property several times but still wasn’t able to work out the problem if you could get back to me that be great..

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

We were on a floor that was being remodeled the first two nights. The last night we were moved to the 4th floor that was already remodeled. Nice room, however the door latch was not lined up correctly as they used the old door frame that should have been replaced. We will stay there again!

Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for being right on the highway. I was here for a horse show so needed to be up and out early.

Breakfast is the usual so so hotel buffet. It sufficed to fuel me

Easy access from the highway (we were traveling home and were breaking up the drive). Breakfast had a choice of hot and cold dishes. Coffee available in the room, as well as a small fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff - Diana in the evening and the morning staff.

Thin floors. We could hear the person above us when they walked.

Becky at the front desk was very nice & helpful. Rooms were clean & updated.

Only thing I can think of need a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang your bath towel. Just a suggestion.
