The breakfast was really good for the selection and quantity provided. What I was most impressed by was the staff, which were more than helpful. The two gentlemen at the desk were gracious and helpful when we needed a change in our room. One of the service women heard us mention our concern and immediately notified the front desk and got us the new room within minutes! Overall, our stay was very comfortable and made more so by the great service!

If the hotel itself were closer to the ocean side instead of across the road, that might have been a bit nicer, but other than that, I'd have nothing negative to say about it!

All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Special recognition to Ricardo S., the desk clerk who checked us in, he was very friendly and efficient making check in a breeze after the road trip to get there. It was greatly appreciated with 2 tired kids in tow. Thank you! When we got to our room we were so excited to see we had been upgraded, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was far better than others I have previously had and again the staff was amazing. They had staff actively cleaning, tables spaced appropriately, and servers dishing hot items by request. I honestly couldn't have asked for more. THIS is by far the most family friendly hotel I've stayed at. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. Thank you so very much to all the great staff, we will be back.

I love the rooms on the third floor..staff is always friendly and helpful...the breakfasts has lots of choices and the view is amazing...breakfast staff is also amazing...we love the high ceilings in our room makes the room feel so much bigger than it already is...we will be back for sure...

We come to your hotel specifically because of the rooms on the third floor and the pool and stuff is always operational..not this time...the pool was WAY over treated and nobody was swimming...the hot tub was NOT working and that was the biggest bummer for a 200$ a night room...my room was pretty awesome big high ceilings ..BUT there were long marks all over the walls and doors...like someone scraped furniture along all the walls...it was clean tho and the pillows are awesome...

Location is at south side of town across from the harbor which makes for a nice walk while you're away from the busy shopping centers on the north side of town The included hot breakfast is much better than most

Because you are on the south side of town away from the shopping areas you do have to drive if you're want a drug/grocery store or fast food But this is a minor inconvenience as there are a half dozen options within walking distance and it's a very short drive into the center of town

Breakfast pancakes disappointing but staff great and the view unbeatable.

I had asked if, in the interest of energy and water conservation, our room could be left uncleaned and we would reserve it for three nights later, thus eliminating the need to wash towels and sheets until our second departure. Since the hotel isn't completely booked week nights this time of year, it seemed a reasonable (and GREEN) request to make. I wish it was something management would have allowed. Staff could have entered the room after we vacated the first time and seen we had not left it in disrepair, but merely wanted to extend the use of the linens rather than waste water and electricity.

It is all I expect from BW Plus. For a single night's stay just fine.

The hotel and staff are just fine. This BW is just terribly busy and had I been in town for multiple days I would have stayed elsewhere. But for just passing through town it's ok. Parking lot security needs to be beefed. A friend had equipment stolen in the lot. Like all the north west coast homeless people are abundant. With the social and crime problem that accompanies.

This was the perfect location if you are staying in crescent city, it’s right across from the ocean/lighthouse where the sun sets. The price was absolutely right, there is a hot tub after after a long day of hiking and free breakfast :) staff was very responsive to any needs

The personal care Jasmine, Joe, Brittany and Zak gave was great and professional as well as the breakfast staff.. The room was clean and amenities helpful including an on site laundry. Great coffee in the lobby and sufficient complimentary breakfast . Thanks.

The kitchen staff were very nice and hardworking but like many other hotels they were understaffed to meet the breakfast demand. It was packed with folks looking to have a good breakfast but it was picked clean.

Rooms were nice and clean, there is an elevator so you don’t have to drag luggage up stairs and parking was great. The breakfast staff were really helpful and handled a lot of guests with a great attitude.

The beds could have been more comfortable.
