The beds! Soft and comfortable! Pillows weren't flat! The staff adored my cat! They never seen a cat on a lesh! The hot tub was soothing and the pool was clean!! The waffles are yummy in the morning!! They keep everything clean and in its place! The only time i heard the other people was in the hallway but from room to room i didn't hear them! And one room was quiet loud (family with kids) and only heard them from the hallway!

The elevator doors. They dont seem to know how to clean them properly. I work in a hospital as EVS, I'm a professional cleaner for warehouses, shcools, and hotels... and i noticed the oils from the cleaner was still on the door. You need a paper towel and window cleaner after the stainless steel cleaner. It helps buff it out.

This was hands-down the BEST LaQuinta property I've ever stayed in. The property was excellent! Beautiful scenery from the balcony area and in a great location which is accessible to many eating options and quick access to freeways. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The tub was XL and was great for baths after a long day. The water got very hot, which was nice. A/C worked well, wi-fi and TV worked well. The room was clean and mostly quiet. Beds were super comfy with ample amount of pillows, which weren't flat! There was an ironing board, hair dryer and full-length mirror. Room was larger than I expected when I walked in the room. Staff during check-in and cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a fully-stocked mini shop downstairs with medicines, snacks, and drinks which came in handy for my late-night arrival.

My only complaint would be the noisy-slamming doors in the hallway early in the morning, they could stand to be dampened. Besides that, it was honestly the best LaQuinta I've ever stayed at and worth the value.

Convenient location. relatively clean facilities and room. I like the microwave and refrigerator inside the room. coffee maker is a bit small but it works. TV has a lot of Channels. Breakfast is good and it's included which saves us time.

The king bed is too soft for me. The bathroom door knob is broken and the balcony door latches is also loosen. They charge $5 per night for parking.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed...everything about this property is EXCEPTIONAL. From the moment you walk in...everything smells crisp and clean, staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and comfy, pool area is enjoyable, and THE EGGS FOR BREAKFAST ARE AMAZING!!! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again BEST HOTEL BED....EVER!!!!!!!!!!! 😊 🤗 🤪

This La Quinta is a solid quality budget option. The room was small, comfortable and clean. The shower was good quality. Location is extremely close to the highway and easy to find, easy to park. The site is 12 min. from Pomona-Claremont colleges, less than 5 min. from Cal Poly. Any franchise restaurant you want to find is within a 10 mile radius.

The windows face a road with a lot of evening traffic so there is some noise of cars speeding by. I was disappointed the room did not get cleaned during the 5 nights we were there but the front desk did tell me that they were especially short staffed this month, which is understandable as the hospitality industry has been impacted since 2020. Trash was collected if you put it outside the door and I was able to get towels when I needed them. Staff were always available and responsive at the front desk.

It was clean, breakfast was good, Pool area was well maintained, and rooms were clean. Temperature control was good as well though could be better in the hallways.

Some of the breakfast items such as the eggs. The long wait time for the waffle machine. Would’ve also liked an area with information on local things to do besides the hiking.

The only option of meat was pork products, would be great if add other meat (turkey bacon, chicken, beef). For breakfast: need another toaster to avoid traffic congestion The room small fridge doesn’t have freezer, it should be considered in the future, the ice cream we’ve got melted and I have to throw it away

The bed was comfortable, cable choices were adequate, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, I felt safe in this location, and my room was clean. The location was convenient to the highway too.

The location is close to train tracks. The trains go by in the early morning and it's very loud. Also the floors aren't padded very well. I clearly heard the people in the room above me walking around in the early morning and it was quite annoying.

la Quinta is one of the most underrated places in Pomona. if I would rate this place 100/10 I would, VERY clean, VERY comfy, VERY fancy rooms. I had the best trip and best stay, the breakfast was small yes yet makes you full and has everything you need for breakfast! breakfast and waffles were so good! La Quinta deserves more hype, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and were very welcoming, even the men at the lobby.

I LIKED EVERYTHING

The property was very clean and the room was impecable . They even have body wash shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Love that. We arrived a bit before check in and staff was friendly and courteous also catered to the group needs as we had various reservations.
