When my fiance arrived he found that something was wet on the floor and he thought it was me I took a shower but it wasn't me I haven't showered yet so we figured out something was leaking on the floor and it wasn't the jacuzzi in our room so I called the front desk right away he came by I asked him for some dirty towel to put on the floor because my fiance socks got wet with the water on the floor he said okay okay but never came back with anything to put on the floor or to wipe up the water I told him I didn't want to use the good towels to put on the floor but he didn't come back with anything so I don't know if he understood English or what....

The staff the manager were friendly and helpful. The maintenance ma fixed my door quickly. The motel itself looked inviting

Alot of people hanging out on the premises Alot of homeless around in the area. The floor in my room turned my barefoot black.

The property was maintained, unfortunately, for no fault of there own, it brings the occasional unsavory character. The rooms are nice, roomy, everything works, but what makes it better in my opinion is, the customer service. Top notch customer service. You approach with respect, they will give it.

The staff was very friendly. The property isn’t glamorous but comfy enough for one night. It’s a little sketchy outside of the property if you have an dog to walk.

Our room didn’t seem to get cooled down at all.

We did not have breakfast. The property is clean, the staff is nice and the location was fine for our purpose.

The neighborhood is kind of seedy. The property is not elaborate, but it's a good value for the money,

your staff from the front desk, maintance to housekeeping are very friendly , help full and prompt. Staff is exceptional.

the outside of the hotel example stairwell, parking lot could use a power wash. stairwell are stain like food and dirt have been stuck for months also the same things for the parking lot . the other thing the inside of the bathroom door needs to be clean you can see the dirt: if this suggestions where done your hotel will be exceptional.

They still made sure you got breakfast even with COVID-19 going on in the world today . Where other hotels advertise that they have it ,when they really don't .

I didn't have any complaints about my stay at this hotel .very pleased . The staff was always very friendly .

Very nice rooms & quiet.

Both of my TV's didn't work and didn't offer a replacement or anymore to look at it.
