The location was wonderful. I didn’t want to stay directly in the heart of the city. This hotel is about 25 minutes east of downtown, and the city of Santee is beautiful. I also loved that the pool was clean and there were no children around. My stay was as quiet and peaceful as desired.

I can’t say anything terrible about the property or the staff. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were incredibly polite. I only wish there was a lower rate for a longer stay. Please consider a six night deal. I would love to return in January.

I will say that the employees over this hotel gave me the best service that I have ever had, The front desk stuff (Guy & Lady) they performed professionally and efficiently. So if there is a 7 star rating, then they deserve it. Service room daily, great people. At checkout very smooth and professional. Great location,nextdoor to shops and stores. I will come back again. Thanks a lot for great service.

Friendly, efficient front desk that accommodated my wish for an early check-in, and a clean, comfortable and big-enough room. Didn't get to the pool, but it looked great and many casual dining options nearby.

No complaints, enjoyed my short stay and the price was right.

Room had a functioning refridgerator, mircrowave oven, safe, came with a small bottle of shampoo, 2 small bars of soap & a clean swimming pool. I believe there was complimentary coffee in the rental office.The location was near a shopping center & food outlets, roughly 6 minutes on foot. Clean room. Helpful & friendly staff members.

The room had a few repairs done by sealing up the holes/cracks in the walls. but repairs were never painted over. The water pressure was available in the bath, but once switched to shower there was almost no pressure. You had to get directly under the shower head to rinse off. They could have provided an Iron, also a hot water cooker along with complimentary coffee and tea in each room. Especially during the Covid times.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, I slept well. There were recent updates to sink and vanity, tub and shower enclosure and flooring.

Uncomfortable plastic chairs and really old outdated furniture.

Location was good and close to everything we needed- restaurants, groceries

Outside appears to be sketchy but was actually generally safe - the room carpets were very dirty and we wore shoes to prevent feet/socks from getting black

Stephanie went over and beyond to help us. We came for a bike ride weekend. She helped us with suggestions of where to ride. I was rear-ended and my vehicle was not securable. We were allowed to keep our vehicle in their parking lot so we could ride even after we checked out.

Location, friendly staff and room was clean.

Noises with thin walls, bed mattress could be more comfortable and head board not comfortable to set up in bed. Top part of head board sticks out at head level.

Front desk attendant was absolutely fantastic! She was jovial and her customer service exceeded my expectations, considering location. She also seemed to know her usual guests well and I believe that paying attention to your guests is very important within this industry.

The pool gate was a little confusing to me, could’ve just been the weed I smoked. Haha. On the other hand I do wish that they would update their style of linens in the rooms. Very 60s
